When my mother decided to move across country to live in AZ I had her call John. He had helped a close friend of mine buy her first house and he was just a godsend on both occasions.

I have had the pleasure of doing business with John for several years. John is very knowledge and involved in the Real Estate community. I would refer John to anyone looking to buy or sell without hesitation.

You should have expectations before you enter into a relationship with a buyer’s agent. You should expect that you will be heard and that you will be listened to. You should expect that your agent will share his/​her knowledge of all things relative to buying a house. You should expect that your agent will help you with those things that you cannot do. You should expect that your agent will understand the difference between what you have available to spend and what you will spend on a house. And the list of those expectations should be much more exhaustive than those I’ve listed. Well, in my experience, those expectations aren’t typically met. However John met and exceeded all of my expectations. I fell in love with a short sale and that is how I came to work with John. He outlined the process of a short sale, was very straight forward with regards to what I should expect, and upon visiting the property, was honest in his observations. I pulled the offer because there was significant work required to make the house inhabitable. John set me up on the MLS and I looked and looked and looked and told him that all I really wanted was a small, cute house with a large yard. And as I looked, those houses were snatched up, left and right, because they were cute, affordable, and in good areas. Then John called, he found me a house, one that wasn’t even listed yet. I’m not impulsive so I didn’t immediately say yes but that was my house; that is my house and I would not own this house if it weren’t for John. He really understood what I was looking for and helped me to find it. He also saved me from a bidding war and gave the seller reason to consider selling to me. He was honest in all of his dealings, easy to speak to, fun to spend time with, and helped with all those things I wasn’t able to be present for (roof and termite inspections). John is a good man and a good businessman. I highly recommend him and will definitely hire him again if I were to sell or buy another property! Thanks John!
