I’m vegan and they have a treehugger pizza that I added pineapple to with no cheese of course and it was AMAZING! The service was also top notch… a pleasant rarity these days. In a world where pizza places are a dime a dozen, this place stands out! Highly recommend. Also, they have quite a few TVs if you want to watch a game.

Really nice little place. Lots of good food for little $. Nice atmosphere that makes you forget you’re in a strip mall. Server was very nice.

One of the best low-priced pizza places in this area. I got two slices and a drink as part of the BASIS special for students from across the street. The pizza was great and not too greasy. The service was also good. I definitely got my money’s worth here, I will come back soon.

Went here last night with gf and our two foster kids. I had seen some pork sandwich on their menu conveniently named The Pork Sammy. I wanted to ask a question or two about it before ordering and I figured the kids would have pizza and I knew gf would order the chicken parm… and I was right! First of all, the place is tiny. They totally make it work and I saw something I had never before encountered. I’ve worked at several restaurants and eaten at hundreds. One thing I had never in my life come across… the kitchen was BEHINDTHEBAR! What a great idea! It made it so the bartender could be a more effective waiter, host and still do his job all from one spot. Very cool. These people have certainly made the most of their space. Oh and by the way, the food great. The pork Sammy was delicicious and the kids loved thier pizza! I think our waitress was named Angelique and she was Just The best! Totally fun and kind, took extra special care of our kids and was great at her Job to boot! The only minor complaint we had was that The side salad that came w the chic parm was comprised of only spring mix and two Cherry tomatoes. It wasnt bad… just super plain. As the good book says: «even the simplest of salads should never contain less than 4 components» Over all it was a great meal and a wonderful night. Cant wait to go back.

This was a solid pizza place close to our house. I am a bit of a pizza snob and I am from the east coast, so I have a tough time finding pizza that makes me happy. I would go back here. My husband enjoyed the wings. They were cooked well and the sauce was spicy and tasty. The pizza was cooked well with not too much grease. We made our own which was a little pricey once we got done. It was ready quickly and traveled to the house well.

Today was the first time I ever tried Jimmy’s Pizzeria. Hands down they are the best pizza place in Tucson. I live on the north side of town and Jimmy’s is about a 30 minute drive but it’s well worth it!

Went in for first time today. Small dining room with multiple TV sets. Service was fast and friendly. Ordered garlic knots — came hot and tasty(with Maranara sauce) Highly recommend. Pizza was tasty. Lots of cheese, but crust was still crispy without being burned. Service never faltered. Only drawback was limited number of beers on draft. Good selection of cans, though. Recommend stopping by and giving Jimmy’s a try.

I have to tell you… this is the best pizza in the Foothills. The first time I went I was extremely satisfied with the service but I wasn’t blown away by the pizza. Then I tried it again, and again, and again. The pizza is actually quite good — especially if you try their Red White and Blue pizza. The garlic knots are especially delicious as well. I was delighted to see they even have gyros on their menu, which I will try next time. The atmosphere has even grown on me. The price is slightly high, but I think it is worth the splurge for quality pizza. I’m glad I went back and I recommend Jimmy’s to anybody.

This is a truly superb neighborhood bar and pizza parlor — except for the fact that this small restaurant has just about the finest pizza in Tucson. Plus, the staff, especially Angie, are unobtrusively attentive and quite helpful. I look forward to my next trip. So far, they are always exceeding careful to make sure the pizza or Italian dish I want is prepared exactly as i wish.

We stumbled upon this little hidden gem last week. Had to stay in the area for a couple hours and we weren’t sure where to eat. After looking around at restaurants in this plaza, we decided to check this one out. It’s a small little place with not a lot of seating and didn’t look too promising walking in but it smelled unbelievably wonderful. I ordered a couple Drafts, we decided on a pizza that sounded really good, and it showed up shortly after looking awesome. It tasted even better than it looked. Their crust is perfectly chewy, and not too thin not too thick. Just right. This was one of the best pizza’s I’ve had here in Tucson and I have had a lot. The only complaint I could possibly have is their dessert menu’s very limited, we had to get a sweet treat somewhere else because cinnamon knots and/or cheesecake were not what I was craving. If they had home made zeppole or cannoli I would have been set. Will definitely be back though, fantastic pizza and local draft beer! *I do want to add, the crust is definitely not traditional NY pizza crust. It’s thicker than most NY pizza I’ve ever had but it was very fresh and chewy. It was my kind of crust.

Pros: great service, everyone is friendly, no problem with special requests, quality ingredients, fast delivery(huge delivery area), generous portions, Jim is kind and community minded. He offers a varied menu, alcoholic bevs, easy to read menu online, straight forward website and lunch and bar specials. Cons: can’t think of any… have been a customer for years. Happy to see you survived a once empty strip mall which is now bustling!

This place is awesome! I came here with my mother, son and great grandma today for lunch. Kenny was the only one running the front of the house, and he is very good at what he does. Very attentive and sweet as can be! And what amazed me even more where the amount of regulars in the place, and Kenny’s ability to remember our ENTIRE order without writing it down, which was a feat in itself because we ordered $ 60+ worth of food. The Garden salad was awesome, we also had those amazing garlic knots and some pizza fingers. I also ordered a Stromboli and could only take two bites of it, because I was already so full! Everything was so good and the marinara sauce was sweet and tangy yummy. We got a lot of boxes to go, and I’m pretty sure I have enough food to last me a week and a half now. Jimmy’s is my new pizza joint, hands down!

I haven’t eaten here in quite some time but I still taste the garlic knots. This place is great and the owner is a great guy as well. It’s a nice little hole in the wall place to get some great food. My favorite pizza is a signature pie called«Whitey Ford» and it’s just delicious! :) Give this place a try.

A little farewell lunch was held amongst my peers at work today and the person bidding us adieu loves her pizza so naturally that is what we feasted on. Jimmy’s Pizzeria had the honor of providing our pig out today. Walking in to the boardroom, a beautiful array of pies sat before us. I opened each box but only one pizza was calling my name. Actually, it was screaming at me, «Hey yous! Get over here! What, I gotta put it in your mouth for you?!?» That bad boy was the sinfully good Jimmy the Greek pizza. Described on their menu as a sauceless crust(who needs it when everything else tastes this good?) filled with fresh leaf spinach, diced tomatoes, feta, Greek peppers and black olives. I’m not HUGE on pizza but this one is delicious and different. The crust was the perfect combination of chewy and soft where you can rip it apart with a slight tug and twist. The ingredients were fresh and plentiful. New favorite pizza. 2 slices in my belly, it’s just like that. Baddabing Baddaboom!
