Jack in the Box

I came here for lunch today only because I was craving a burger & they are my only option within walking distance fron my work. (i only have ½ an hour)
The reason for a «2» instead of a «1» is solely based upon the cashier being nice. Other than that I was very disappointed.
I did a specialty order which consisted of no onions & no salt on my fries. Not too hard!
It took them literally about 15 minutes to make it! I used to work fast food, so i know the fries should only take about 2 – 3 mins & they should have already been workin on my burger when the order came down.
Instead, they asked the poor cashier girl twice what she was waiting on!!! That shouldn’t be HER responsibility to tell THEM the orders! They were all just standing around bullsh*ttin and one girl was even on her cell phone texting or whatever behind the counter! Totally unprofessional! Will probably not be back here again!

We were running errands all over Tucson yesterday and came upon the worst Jack in the Box EVER. Tacos and fries were COLD… hubby’s hamburger was barely warm. Ice tea dispenser had to be tilted over to work, while an employee watched. No attempt to refill it! Kitchen staff was having a ball laughing and messing around while the dining area had chairs strewn around haphazardly. None of the tables were clean and they watched while I wiped one down. Kitchen floor was covered in food. Wasn’t there a manager on duty??? Don’t see how there could have been unless it was a fellow teenager. I am used to great service and hot food at my neighborhood JIB at Speedway/​Pantano. This place sucked so bad that I completely lost my appetite and threw my food in the garbage. No excuse for these conditions. Now it is time to do the online survey and say the same but I doubt it will matter.
