On 1÷10÷16, I decided to drop in around 7am for breakfast. On the way over, I was just PRAYING there wouldn’t be any number of homeless milling around the lobby. Not too long ago I was assaulted by a vagrant at a local park. As soon as I walked in… there they were: two homeless men sitting in the lobby. I immediately felt unsafe. I ordered my food and sat to eat. Right away, the middle aged black guy starting talking to himself loudly. Jeez! Now I am feeling more uncomfortable and thinking about leavingl On the positive side, service is quick. and the lobby has plenty of seating and outlets for the laptop. The Jumbo Jack with cheese – for $ 3.45 – was kinda small for the price you pay. It’s just a hamburger with a few toppings. I won’t be ordering that any time soon again. Nor will I be coming here early in the morning and having my safety jeopardized by mentally ill people using the fast food places as their shelter. The food here is always fresh, even at 3am when the rush for tacos is peak, making the wait well worth it. The staff is always on point and friendly, and even if they make a mistake they are quick to correct it and will always make you a fresh meal. The soda machine is a little on the old side, it’s got some water stains and the grate is peeling a bit, but the nozzles are always clean, and soda is always perfect proportion. The store is always cleaned up, maybe one to two tables max at a time, and someone is always coming out to clean them and sweep the floor. For as busy as this store is, it’s definitely kicking up the jack in the box standard.

this place is absolutely filthy and the food handling is even worse. go see for yourself and keep an eye on the people making your food. yuck. they touch money, then your fries. they text on their cell phone, then without washing their hands they make your sandwich. i saw this and i almost puked. do not ever go there again. the arizona health department better go shut this place down for the numerous health violations!!! yuck.

0 customers service. The whole staff will take a smoke break right out side the front door then come back in a serve you without washing there hands. Yes it’s cheep and open late but all you college students deserve better and I bet if you stopped going and demanded better service they would be forced to change and give you positive and friendly and follow health laws.

Over the past year this Jack in the Box on Speedway has been focusing on better and better service. The employees there are very nice and friendly. The food is, well, Jack in the Box. You know what you’re getting. The difference is that this Jack in the Box actually has great service and offers pleasant interactions.

Best memories of college were invented at this particular Jack in the Box location. Unlike In and Out which closes at 1:30 am, this Jack in the Box never closed. It was never a question on where to go after leaving a party at 2 am since this place was always there right smack center in the middle of campus. And, 1 block from my apartment. Going here was always a regret, but none the less seemed like a great idea at the time. Went here with paki playa last holidays as a tribute to college times. Reminded me of all the horrible 2 am snacks. Will probably never go here again. The new people are not as friendly or nice as they used to be in college, the sweet old lady is gone. Gets 3 stars for back in the day, would only give it one star for my last visit.

My heart was a gaping chasm as I tiptoed sheepishly, abashedly away from Jack. I felt used; I chastised myself for my poor judgment, for going to him at all. All we wanted was a quickie lunch before leaving town. Ten minute wait in the drive thru at a non-peak hour(10 a.m.) and wickedly cold french fries, the newly-added, supposedly superior«natural cut.» No napkins in the bag. I was not offered ketchup. I was reminded why I don’t eat fast food.
