Overall pleased with the result. I called yesterday and they came out first thing this morning. The person that I spoke to was pleasant. I told him what I needed done, locks changed, and he said they could do it. When I asked what the charge was they said that there was a $ 15 trip fee and to change the locks would start at $ 75 and go up. I should have asked go up to what because the total ended up being $ 165. He was on time and was in and out in about 15 minutes so that part was great. I think that it was pricey but I realize that I’m paying for the convenience of having someone come out and change the locks vs. me trying to do it myself. Like I said, overall, pleased with the service.

I hired Intel Lock to do some work at my clinic and they where wonderful. Fast appointment time, friendly technician, good pricing and even great follow up. I would recommend Intel Lock to anyone looking for quality work at a great price!

I have worked with Intel for more than 5 years. They secured my business after we had multiple break ins. They set up a security system for a second location, and have managed the locks at that location as well. Their skill and service have been top notch. They have arrived within a few minutes in the middle of the night. I would recommend them to any small business. Lorraine is dedicated to customer service, and follows up to make sure everything is satisfactory long after the job is done.

We were quoted $ 35 per hr plus a $ 15 trip charge over the phone to unlock a door and an arrival time at our home in 20 – 25 minutes. The technician took 57 minutes to arrive and charged us $ 90, not the expected $ 50 for 20 seconds of work performed.

We were charged $ 90 ($ 15 is a trip charge), the remaining $ 75 falls within which lock category??? The most applicable is a «house lockout» (since it was an internal doorknob style lock) which is listed as $ 45.
Despite the cost, had they been truthful in their arrival time, we would have called another company. When my wife called later to sort out the discrepancy between what she was told on the phone vs what we were actually charged, the company was rude, argumentative, and not able to explain why the lock that we had them open cost more than any other. Service rendered was effective, however the truthfulness in cost and availability is not within ethical boundaries that I’d give my business to in the future or recommend to anyone else who takes those into consideration.

I used Intel Lock to re-​key my entire house. One of the doors had an old handle and lock set that fell apart. The technician was extremely helpful and found replacement options that fit as the house is old. Lorianne’s customer service was unparalleled and her response time and helpfulness was totally helpful, professional and left me feeling like I had someone aligned with my goal to the job done correctly and in minimum time. Lorianne backs up the work that is done. I highly recommend Intel Lock.

Lori from Intel Lock has called me multiple times about this Unilocal review: I did not provide her with my personal phone number in order to do this, and I am feeling extremely harassed. If you read her response to me, she believes that I’m lying about my experience – I am not, and it just continues to get worse. To respond to her accusations:
1) If I am given a time estimate, I expect that it will be followed. This is ostensibly why cable companies, utility workers, and apartment maintenance workers give large windows of time. This is why I believe customers would be better served by the technician themself giving the time estimate, rather than Lori.
2) I thanked the locksmith for letting me into my house. I did not hug him, because that’s not what I do with strange men. I didn’t complain about the services at the time because I wanted to check with people about what a reasonable charge for getting a locksmith to open one’s house was, and the people that I checked with (who are NOT on Unilocal) informed me that it seemed high. I have no complaint about the actual fees that I was charged, just that I couldn’t see how the charges were itemized on the invoice (because they weren’t).
3) As I noted in the previous review, I was indeed refunded $ 15 plus 10%, which, again, was not my purpose in writing the review. It was very kind of Lori and the technician to do, but $ 31.50 really does not make up for the amount of time and energy that I’ve expended on this issue and does not address the issues I pointed out multiple times now.
I have tried to be patient, but now that this has continued into another day, I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about their privacy policies. I blocked their number and Lori called me from a number that blocked caller ID. I declined to pick up her second call, and then I suddenly had a call from Tucson Yoga, where I’ve never visited and is quite close to her business. I declined to pick that one up, too.
I don’t see what the point is in trying to lie about all this. I paid for a subpar service and indicated such on Unilocal,much like I’ve talked about other subpar services and other exemplary services. I don’t know this woman from Adam and I have no reason to «destroy her business»; I am trying to give her concrete suggestions on how to improve.

Very disappointed at the service I received from Intel Lock. I called Lori to arrange an appointment specifically for a patio door — never did she mention this to the service guy «Jon» who came to the house unprepared with no tools or parts to work with. Still Jon had the disgrace of charging me a service fee for a service he wasn’t able to perform.

When Lorianne at Intel Lock helped us design and set up a security camera system at our business, the quality of the customer service she delivered throughout the process far exceeded our expectations. Installation work was fast, clean, and scheduled with sensitivity to our workflow. We had several late changes in plans in the course of the project and Lorianne and her workers were very responsive and accommodating throughout. She continued to support Intel Lock’s work as well. When a lemon piece of equipment failed after installation, she saw that it was replaced immediately and without cost to us.
