Garden Realty «where dreams grow» is a full service independent company specializing in the purchase and sale of residential homes and land. We provide personalized and caring service to clients, counseling them to aid in matching people to the right property. Though we handle the entire Tucson area, due to our location we gladly work southwest of town where there are few other real estate agents. Sorry, but we don’t handle rentals.

History

Established in 1996.

For 8 years Carol Garr worked for a small local real estate firm before opening Garden Realty in 1996 to work on her own. A REALTOR with the ethical base that implies she pursued advanced training by earning her GREEN, Accredited Buyer Representative, and Graduate REALTOR Institute designations and e-​PRO certification. When business prospered she affiliated agent Gene Fama to assist. We have worked through the real estate cycles, and all kinds of buyer and seller markets. With 20+ years of experience selling foreclosed homes we are adept in dealing with these as well.

Business Owner

A University of Arizona graduate, I have been a Tucson resident since 1967. After earning a Broker’s license in 1991, to further serve my clients I became a GRI® (Graduate Realtor Institute), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®), and obtained the e-​PRO (internet expertise) certification. My GREEN designation reflects my concern for environmental issues.

My empathy with clients, the assertiveness of a former NASCAR racer, and knowledge of the market and available financing allow me to succeed. I gladly represent either buyers or sellers in residential transactions involving homes or land (sorry, I don’t manage rentals). In down markets I specialize in REO (Real Estate Owned) properties, helping lenders to liquidate their assets while assisting buyers in finding homes at great prices. In better times I help buyers find a home to love, and a seller move on to other things.
