Nice place, reasonable repair prices. I generally send all my customers there with their busted phones for repair and so far I’ve got no complaints so they must be doing something right.

I am here visiting from California and my daughter dropped her ipad mini. So I found gamers warehouse on Unilocal and since I was close to the mall I decided to try them out and keep my daughter from crying. I spoke with sina the owner and he assured me it would look brand new. I was extremely satisfied with his customer service and his prompt and professional work. My ipad looks brand new. I would definitely recommend him and his family owned business. Thanks for the great service and putting a smile on my daughters face.

They did a great job repairing my IPad screen. The device works like it did before my boys broke the screen. The staff was friendly and efficient.

I’ve shopped here a few times, and every time I go in I am always greeted warmly. The shop owner and fellow employees are very knowledgeable and are great at what they do. They will work with you on pricing and are willing to do fair trades. It’s great having an alternative to big box shops for my gaming needs, and the fact they do electronics repair/​trouble shooting is just an added bonus.
This shop also has tons of odds and ends when it comes to gaming/​electronics, so go inside and spend some time going through their inventory. They even have some sweet skins/​custom consoles and controllers. You can even get your own console customized if you so want.

I have not tried their repair service so I can’t comment on that, but I have bought some console skins that are pretty nice. They have a nice selection of current and retro games, which make it fun to check out when you’re at the Tucson Mall. The guys that work here are friendly and not annoying like they can be at GameStop. As for the price of their items, it is a little on the pricier side, but I understand that small businesses need to make a little more so I don’t mind paying a little more. Overall, this is a nice addition to the Tucson Mall.

Great attention to customer service. The young gentlemen I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable and professional. If they are unable to solve your problem they find a way and are nice enough to give a referral to other techies. I would highly recommend this place for servicing all cellular phone problems!

I don’t really like to write bad reviews or anything, but I’m not too sure about this place. I went in a while ago to ask about repairing my 1^st generation 3DS because one of the top bumpers were broken. I called and asked the day before, how much and long it would take and the older gentleman stated same day service for $ 25-​$ 30, so I was all for that.
I went in the next day and a younger gentleman said it would take a week to repair it, and it was almost twice the price of what I was told the day before. I can understand if they had to order a part, but I got absolutely no information as to why it would take so long, and why the price shot up so high.
I love the idea of buying, and trading games, as well as a repair service, but communication is key when dealing with a customer.

Gamer’s Warehouse is an excellent place to pick up games, get things repaired, or trade in your used items. Have been to this store frequently since I discovered it tucked into the corner of the mall, and have traded in games, purchased games, and requested repairs — and was never disappointed!
While the selection of games is still limited, the prices on games and accessories at Gamer’s Warehouse are notably more modest than those at other retailers. For instance, brand-​new recent releases for PS3 and PS4 are generally $ 45 to $ 50, with their used counterparts being marked down to $ 35-​$ 40. This lets you trade in your used games for the latest and greatest games with almost no hassle, as opposed to other retailers like GameStop that will give you nearly negligible trade value in conjunction with normally very high prices.
In addition, I recently brought in a damaged PS3 controller for repair, and asked them to fix it without expecting much. They were able to repair the controller almost overnight, and I picked up the perfectly functioning controller the next day. I was impressed with the workmanship, as well as the inexpensive repair fee, and will be bringing other electronics in if they end up on the fritz!
Overall, great place to trade, shop, and repair your electronics! If you’re looking for anything in particular, the manager (I’m uncertain how to spell his name, it’s pronounced «See-​Nah» — he’s also a student in the MIS program at the Eller College of Management, so you should feel great about supporting local business by shopping here!) is able to special order requested games, accessories, and hardware, so you should be able to find anything you’re looking for. This store is definitely worth a visit if you’re into electronics, you’ll be pleasantly surprised!
