I’ve been going for years and really appreciate that everyone in the office is friendly and professional. They make you very comfortable, Dr. Friske is on time, and I never feel rushed. It’s also laid back so I can ask questions and I don’t feel like I’m a number. Great clinic!

I wouldn’t recommend anybody go here. They screwed up my prescription; I told them this in a phone call to set up an appointment to fix this issue. I went in for the appointment, and they ended up having to schedule a third appointment in order for the doctor to see me to actually fix my prescription. The original (wrong) glasses took 19 days to get to me when I was told they would be ready in 7 – 10 days (not business days). The staff has been unprofessional and rude, and there is only one doctor (Dr. Friske), who is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. I’ve been here several times over the years (the first time was in 2009 as a child), and Dr. Friske has never been anything but unprofessional and rude. If you want to be able to see, go elsewhere.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Friske since I was 4 years old and I started wearing glasses. I remember my yearly visit to be something I looked forward to — I was always comfortable and enjoyed the office and environment. Due to insurance issues, I wasn’t able to go from ages 15 – 24. I just recently went back for the first time in ten years and it’s the same as I remember. The fish tank is still in the lobby. It’s clean. They’re incredibly friendly and helpful. Dr. Friske is efficient and really knows her line of work.
I highly recommend this office.
