Reflexology is a very relaxing and soothing form of alternative healing. Once you put your feet in my hands you will begin to feel your stress and tension melt away. I do not claim to cure any diseases but if you have foot pain or stress from any of life’s woes, reflexology may help give you a vacation from your worries and pain.

Established in 1999.

I always had a knack for foot massage and while giving a friend a session she suggested I learn reflexology. I had no idea what reflexology was at the time but after doing some research I thought it was something I needed to learn. After attending classes at Advanced Healing Arts in Tucson, I began providing sessions for friends and acquaintances. The idea of turning my hobby into a business became a reality in October, 1999, when I met the owners of Azure Hair Salon. I met their clients, booked sessions with them and as the saying goes, «the rest is history.»

Born in Tacoma, Washington on Christmas Day, 1961, I eventually settled down in Tucson, AZ with a little help from my parents in 1972 (my dad retired from the Air Force that year and Tucson was mom’s hometown). I grew up with a love of music, particularly that of the ‘60s & ‘70s. After shuffling through various jobs, including a three year stint in the Navy, I learned reflexology in 1997 (after a friend who received a foot massage from me told me I’d be great at it) and in 1999, I began my Toe-​Rific Touch Reflexology business!
