Sifu Fong is the true definition of a master. If you want to learn what i believe is the best self defense, then spend the time and learn from him. Not only does he teach Wing Chun, but also Tai chi as well. If your body’s hurting, he’s also an expert in acupuncture, pressure, and is an herbalist as well. Finally, Simo runs the shop and you can get a ton of martial arts products for a good price. Massive thumbs up for this place.
