I lived there for years. Yes, they try to keep the Park Models on the up and up – can’t let the place get the look of a rundown trailer park Their sustaining clientele are seniors – many on fixed incomes. The park does upgrades on the backs of their yearly lessees, yes they discount the lease if you pay for the year upfront. The dirty little secret is that they have the sustaining lessees by the short hairs, it’s difficult and expensive to pick up and move and the high priced ground rent makes it hard to sell a used unit. If you’re thinking of buying a unit, just be aware that the $ 4000 plus rent for the first year will be at least $ 200 more every year thereafter – you read that right the rent goes up $ 200 every year.

My father lived here for over five years, year round and always paid his rent a year in advance. I asked Ken, the manager — if my dad pays ahead of time and decided to move out of state, would he get his money back. Ken assured me yes. Well my dad did end up moving, and Ken won’t return my (3) phone calls — little own refund his money. Not only that, my dad’s neighbor reported that Ken was renting my dad’s space out — so they are double-​dipping.

First cabin all the way! Super clean and well maintained throughout. Heated pool and spa. All sorts of activities to do and the entire staff is amazing!
Highly recommend and we brought our Yorkies with us and they loved it too!
