Noran has 20 years of experience in the pest control industry and was the former Vice President of a large competing firm before he received his opportunity to buy Essential Pest Management. Noran holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management with an emphasis on Project Management from the University of Phoenix. Noran currently works hard as an advocate for small business within the Tucson Community.

Bee Infested beware!
Called them to come out to my rental.
Bees were in 2 cardboard boxes in the back yard.
Tech was there for 5 minutes. left honeycomb and dead bees in the yard.
He didn’t bother to check the other box. a 2nd hive and honeycomb with approximately 1500. bees in that one also. I called the next day to let them know they didn’t finish the job.
They told me they would have to charge me 2x because bees were in a second location.
This is the same 12×12 rear yard! I called someone else to do the job right. I called Greg with Desert Swarm Bee removal. Greg was very knowledgeable, thorough, and bagged and hauled off all the bees and honeycomb, which keeps the remainder of bees buzzing around if left behind like these guys did. In conclusion, These guys tried to blame me, said I didn’t tell them where the bees were, and tried to say it was a new infestation. They may be great when it comes to termites, but call a professional company when dealing with bees.

Their prices seem great at first, but when they keep charging you to come back out to do more work that should have been done the first time, you will quickly find that they aren’t so cheap after all.
My apartment uses Essential and they come out here bi-​weeklyish (as far as I have seen), and we still have massive bug problems here from roaches, to spiders, flying ants, and mosquitos.
My mom needed some bees taken care of, and Essential seemed like the cheapest. They were quick to get out there, they told us it would take a couple of days for the bees to die off. Well a couple of days later the bees were still alive and making a new hive. We called them back and of course our warranty is void because of blah blah blah. We reluctantly agree to pay for another treatment because we live next to a school and time is of the essence. Now they’re dragging a** to come back out. They got their money, didn’t do what they were hired to do, and now they don’t care…

Their customer service is so terrible. I asked them several times to call me before they showed up at my house and they were unable to do that. I have called and cancelled appointments days in advance and they still show up.
They clearly have problems with coordination and customer service. I would absolutely not recommend this company.

Purchased the top package they offer, since they did the first spay (2 weeks) they have had to come out twice. We have had 1scorpion, multiple small spiders, centipedes and Beatles. We are looking for other options now.

My and family and I had a hive of bees nesting inside our back patio cover. They were entering a hole where the screen was worn out. I was afraid they might be African Bees. So, I called several places in Tucson and Truly Nolen which is located in Green Valley. The business I chose was Essential Pest Control in Tucson because they had the best customer service reviews. When I called I talked to Stacy, she gave me a good feeling about the company. I scheduled service with them and Julian came the next day with his partner. I knew right then that I chose the best pest control company in Tucson. They took care of the bee hive within an hour and charged a very fair price. I couldn’t (BEE) happier lol. I definitely recommend them! They did a great job and charged me an honest fair price! This is very rare these days! Thank you Julian and Essential Pest Control! You are the best!

Had a bee invasion while both my wife and I were out of town. There were two hives on our patio ceiling, about 16′ up. We called Essential, they came out and removed them before we arrived home. This was not an easy removal due to the height — need a serious ladder to get up there.
They billed us a few days later, reasonable rates. I’d definitely recommend them.

We used Essential Pest Management to remove wasps from 5 bathroom vents on the roof. Junior was the tech who came out, and he was very good. He gave us the estimate, and we had him do the job on the spot. He was very friendly, professional, and explained everything to us, and answered all of our questions. We will definitely use them again in the future!

The idea of killer bees under my shed was enough to make me want to nuke the site from orbit (just to be sure) but since I didn’t have a spaceship or another house to move into, I called Essential. They charged 125 dollars to come and drill holes in the floor of my old shed and spray the hell out of the hive. Unfortunately, the bees didn’t take the hint and stuck around, so Essential came back and resprayed for free.
Fast forward a week, and I’m tearing the old shed down. When I pull up the wooden floor, I discover the remains of the honeycomb: nearly seven feet long and a foot across. No wonder it took two tries!

I have used essential in the past for termite treatments on both my properties and for additional pest and weed control. When I noticed a lot of pack rat activity, I gave them a call to see if they could help, they came out right away and gave me options for how to take care of them, We came to solution and the problem was solved quickly and affordable. They did a great job, they are best pest control company in Tucson.

We had some angry bees in our eaves so I called Essential Pest Management. Not only was it a «same-​day» service, they had someone over within 45 and he was able to get rid of the swarm in another 30 minutes?! It has been a few days (and a lot of rain) and there are still no bees! The tech, Scott, was friendly and professional. Plus, the price was very good, considering the situation. I will definitely keep them in my phone book for future pest issues.

After getting estimates from three pest control companies, my mother and I picked Essential Pest Control to get rid of our pesky termites.
The man that came to our home was very informative. He was sweet with my mom, very friendly. He found problems that the other two companies missed. We loved that he broke out his tablet to show us pictures and explain what our problem was and what his company would do. As he got us an estimate, my mom and I cringed because he sounded like the best option so we just KNEW he was going to be the most expensive. You should have seen our faces when he was $ 200 and $ 400 cheaper than the other companies! We scheduled an appointment and they came out a few days later.
The two men that came out were 45 minutes late. We wished they would have called to let us know. But when they arrived they were polite and worked quickly so we didn’t have to listen to the drilling for too long. When they left, they hadn’t moved our stuff back against the wall (we have a messy yard with stuff stacked against the walls) so we had to do that ourselves. But aside from those two complaints, which weren’t enough to knock off a star, we were very happy with the service we received from Essential and look forward to doing business with them in the future!
Edit: It’s been a little over a year now and we had a HUGE bee hive in our eaves. We called Essential and someone came out that evening to take care of it. He killed the bees and came back with a partner the next evening to dispose of the hive and the dead bees. My mom had also trapped a Palo Verde bug under a bowl that she was too afraid to deal with. The guys got rid of it for her AND found a few more in the yard that they saved us from as well! (Okay so they were dead Palo Verde bugs but they’re still terrifying!) The price was more than reasonable, especially after a small discount for being returning customers. Again, we are very happy with our service and have already recommended them to some of our family members.

I moved into my home about six months ago and didnt seem to have an issue with bugs until around spring when I found a Scorpion. I heard about Essential from a friend and thought I’d give it a shot. When i called the office the staff was very friendly and asked if I had any concerns with pest in my home. When I mentioned I had seen a scorpion, the girl had seemed concerned about getting someone out right away. She scheduled someone out the next day and not to mention it was a Saturday. The technician John who had came out was very thorough and explained everything to me and answered all the questions I had. He was very polite and clean and knew his stuff. He had many years of experience. He told me not to hesitate to call anytime if I had noticed any pest activity. I highly reccommend this company to anyone who is thinking of getting pest control for their home. I couldnt be happier with the service.
