Embassy Tire & Wheel

I was forced to cross paths with Embassy not by choice but because they’re the 3^rd party servicer to the interlock company I decided to go with. Months go by my vehicle needed a new radiator to pass emissions and rear shocks unfortunately my mechanic was out of town and was foolish enough to let Embassy convince me they’re a full service shop… ya right!!! For 2 weeks I was fed lies about the status everytime I called in because good luck on them returning a phone call come to find out they didn’t have the equipment needed to do the emissions part of the job they quoted me in the first place. The worst part was not having to pay for taxi rides to work and grocery store while my car was hi jacked but while my vehicle was in there possession they tripped violations that led harassing collections call from the company that reports on my interlock and nobody at Embassy bothered to inform them it was there fault and these are the guys that service the interlock you’d think they’d be smart enough to at least do that much. I had to clear everything up between tweedle dee and tweedle DUMB. Please take my advice these people are dishonest lack integrity and looking to turn a quick buck on you… When you see Embassy don’t turn and walk away RUN AWAY!!!

I left a previously harsh review and have revisited the shop and had a better experience. They are pretty efficient and courteous. I am pleased they seemed to take my suggestion and improve the customer experience.

Great customer service by all but especially the owners Marco and David! Not only did I literally spend half of what I paid at Costco several years ago for all four tires, I qualified for 90 days same as cash. They will have my business again and I’ll be sure to spread the word.

Went in for an OIL CHANGE and left with a SABOTAGED VEHICLE!
After leaving, about 5 miles up the street my engine was banging. Took it to my normal mechanic & he pulled carbon out of the oil pick up, and they also didn’t install the new oil filter correctly.
I brought this up to their ‘manager’ on duty, and was berated and told if I didn’t like their service, to not come back.
I believe they need to stick to tires & tires only. DO NOT LET THEM UNDER YOUR HOOD, you WILL leave with another problem.
On the plus side: They get you in and out very quickly & have decent prices.
But then again… I can get things done cheep and quickly too if I do it half-​assed.
Stick to what you know guys. Leave the under-​the-​hood fixes to the mechanics who know what they’re doing.

I always get my tires at embassy… great people family business. They will work with you on price and get you in and out quickly.

If I could I’d rate these guys a ZERO! I’m a past customer. Just OK for new tires.
Whatever you do — Don’t let me these people do ANY mechanical work! Their effort is slapdash and slipshod, certainly not up to current tech standards.
They charged me BIG bucks for a half-​arsed brake repair job, forgot to re-​install the proper OEM brake pad clips and DID NOT APPLY caliper slider grease.
Worst of all, the Shop Mgr. was belligerent, refused to check their work or to make it right even after I pointed out their mistakes in installing the new front pads. I had to replace a lost /​dropped Pad Clip myself. I have detailed, Before and After photos of the Calipers, OLD dry pins and the new Caliper parts all installed without ANY grease. Therefore I stand by my review 100%.
