Avoid! Completely unhelpful and not particularly interested in being helpful. I call and he says he has the vacuum bags I need. I get there and he does not. First he insists that another bag will work. I look at it and it is obviously not the right size. Then he says he has never heard of the bag I’m looking for even though it is standard on new mile’s. Then he calls the Miele distributer who explains. He then says he will order them. I come back a week after they were promised. No bags.

Sorry Elys, but you were not helpful when I had a problem with my cleaner and if I hadn’t tracked down the company myself and spent close to an hour finding out why nobody was communicating with each other to get my warrantied purchase fixed, it might still be sitting there! The place was not friendly, they were not good about calling me back when they said they would and they seemed not to care when the original promised date came and went. So for those reasons I will not go back but will go to the other place of business that I should have gone to in the first place.
