EcoGreen Carpet, Tile and Upholstery Care

After our cat projectile vomited in our sofa, we had the pleasure of working with Eco Green. The team answered all my (lots of) questions about the cleaning process and chemicals, was on time and super-​professional. Overall the job was done quickly, correctly, and with no chemical smells. After using several companies over the years to clean my carpets and tile, I have finally found a company that I am extremely happy with! Dave was very friendly and professional. My carpet and tile were in dire need of cleaning due to having a full house that included 2 toddlers. My grout was horribly dirty and just about black everywhere. Previous companies left many areas still black so I thought Dave would have his work cut out for him. Dave and his helper took their time and did a great job. They got everything out. My tile looks as good as new and my grout is back to its original light color. My carpets look and feel great. I will definitely use EcoGreen’s services in the future and I highly recommend them.

They were so careful, and even took my furniture outside to clean so they wouldn’t have to leave my door open and let my AC escape. SO thoughtful. and my furniture is wonderfully clean! Such a nice feeling to sit on a crisp clean couch.
The process took about an hour and a half, and the furniture took several hours to fully dry so I recommend scheduling it early in the day if you want to sit on your furniture at night. Unless it’s summer I suppose ;)

We have used EcoGreen’s services to clean our carpets twice now and are very happy with the service. They are quick to respond and to fit us into the schedule in a timely fashion. They are professional and the cleaning is very effective — without the nasty chemicals and smells. I’m not a fan of carpeting in general, but at least we can get the carpets clean without being so toxic. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.

After moving out of my apartment, I had a few stains left by my kids that I was positive wouldn’t come out. NOPE! Dave my technician got them out with ease! Extremely friendly on-​time service which I will use again and again for any needs I have.

I bought a great chair and ottoman that I plan on reupholstering in leather in the future, but for now it was in decent enough condition but needed a GOOD cleaning. I could smell the person had used it for many years – and they had a dog! Being extremely sensitive to chemicals, I looked around for someone that didn’t use any. EcoGreen was the only one who uses exclusively green products. When he was done, not only was the smell COMPLETELY gone, but the chair and ottoman looked so much better than I EVER thought they could! Wow! I would never hesitate to use EcoGreen in the future and highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks for doing such a great job.
