A former Intuit employee, Tracy been working closely with the QuickBooks product line since 1995 and has provided customer support for every version of QuickBooks and Enterprise Solutions for windows. His work with the 2^nd and 3^rd tier support teams for QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions has provided him with a vast amount of knowledge of the product as well as an understanding of the inner workings of the product. Tracy is an Intuit Solution Provider, Intuit QuickBase Certified and trained in Method Integration.
