Recently went in during Black Friday weekend to upgrade to iPhone 6. I worked with the store manager (younger male with large gauges) who was not friendly or helpful at all (maybe he was tired from black friday or ate too much turkey or was too cool for us). He responded with short and unexplained answers to our questions, without any suggestions to help us. Not the typical mindset for a store manager right? They did not have the iphone6 64gb in stock so I ordered one, and it arrived the next week.
I will be reluctant to come here again, you’re better off hitting an ACTUAL Verizon store.
