Front office staff are helpful, kind, efficient, and patient with the many questions I had as I was establishing care with new doctor.
Dr. Keane was kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions with great thoughtfulness. He is a great expert to have in my corner… an expert that will partner WITH me as I make decisions about my healthcare.
This is such a welcomed change from doctors I’ve had that fail to listen to me… and TELL me, without listening, what needs to happen.
So thankful!

Every thing I’ve always wished for in a doctor’s office, Desert Bloom Family Practice encompasses! Friendly staff, Knowledgable doctor/​nurse, prompt returned calls, and most importantly for me, the doctor really takes the time to listen!

What a joke… referred by a friend and went to see Amy for hot flashes!!! She took blood and found a problem with cholesterol and triglycerides. no carbs for 5weeks and more tests! dropped 11lbs and cholesterol dropped only 5 points and triglyserides went UP so instead of of writing a script to help… more blood tests… sonogram… ran up $ 1500.00 in bills and STILL NOTHING!!! and nothing for the ORIGIANAL reason i went!!! WASTED money!!! and then the way she wrote the stupid report the insurance company doesnt want to cover ANY OF IT!!! what a joke. i am NO better off after 5 visits and tests!!! and $ 1500.00 POORER!!! DONT WASTE UR TIME!

I came across this clinic through work and found that I had seen other providers about my health issues but no one was really listening to me. Amy Strocsher, NP listened and set up a plan to get me feeling better. I felt like I was never really heard and was amazed by how what I said to Amy she picked up clues to help treat me. I am feeling so much better and do not have any qualms about driving from Phoenix to Tucson to see her — that is how great she is. If you are looking for a great clinic with wonderful people — this is it.

I moved to AZ about a year ago and searched Unilocal to find a good primary care physician. My experiences up until now in Tucson have been frustrating, to say the least. This is hands down the best medical practice I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I have never found a doctor who made me feel so confident about the care I am receiving. Amy is amazing. So nice and knowledgeable. She takes her time and is genuinely interested. She explained things to me so that I left with a better understanding of my health and things that I can do to maintain it. I received a referral for a cardiologist through Desert Bloom and had another mind blowingly awesome experience in dealing with him. Everyone associated with Desert Bloom has been fantastic so far! I am overjoyed to be able to write such a rave review. Most of my experience in dealing with doctors has been mediocre, at best. At least until now

Imagine this — a health care provider who listens to her patients and tries to help them understand their bodies. That’s Amy. If you’re not used to being treated like a human being by your physician, you’ll be in for a pleasant surprise when you visit Amy. She’s compassionate, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable. And, to top it all off, she has phenomenally comfortable waiting room furniture.
If I could give Desert Bloom Family Practice more than five stars I would.
