Don’t bother and save yourself the money use anyone else. Forgot the appointment had to call to remind them was 90 minutes late very sloppy carpet took two days to dry couldn’t figure out how to disassemble sectional. Rug still does not smell clean furniture looks exactly like it did before it was cleaned and all of that cost almost $ 300. Didn’t even use a truckmounted steam cleaner just a portable unit like what you might get at Home Depot. What a rip off!
