Deco specializes in fun, funky, creative lighting for your home or business, with an emphasis on neon lights. You will find beads and plenty of gorgeous jewelry. We show original one-​of-​a-​kind artwork by local artists. We feature items made in the USA, but also search out a variety of international treasures. We believe our customers will enjoy browsing and have an illuminating experience discovering the perfect «must have» for themselves, their home or a special gift.

History

Established in 2009.

We’re a family owned business that combines our artistic skills. We started up in the worst economy and figured it could only get better. Our store name came from our love for art deco, but we are housed in a Mid-​Century Area called the Sunshine Mile, so we celebrate a variety of artistic styles.

Meet the Business Owner

Monica C.

Business Owner

Monica paints some of the wall art displayed in the store. She has earned her Nature Illustration Certificate rom the Arizona Sonora Desert Museum.

Marlies (co-​owner) comes with lots of experience in jewelry and beading. She creates some of the jewelry displayed in the store and teaches beading classes.

Jude (significant other) is a master artist and creates most of our unusual neons and lights in the store.

And then there’s the dogs (Bailey is the friendly brown cocker) and (Tracy the over-​protective maltipoo).
