Annie owner of CopCake Cakery is an enthusiast of all things cute and edible. Her love for edible art, made her pursue attending the Bonnie Gordon Collage of Confectionary Arts In Toronto Ontario Canada. Upon graduation Annie decided to start a home studio where she creates edible works of art. Annie also participated in a The Super Mom’s Collaboration which was featured in the Cake Masters Magazine. She also volunteers with the Icing Smiles foundation by providing cakes to children who are in the hospital on their birthdays. Cupcake Cakery made a cake for my daughter’s graduation party and it was fantastic!!! I told her that my daughter liked Audrey Hepburn and she made a a beautiful cake that tasted wonderful. It was white and chocolate flavor and the frosting was a butter cream, real butter. Thank you for adding to a wonderful party.

I was visiting Tucson for my son’s graduation from UofA. At the last minute I needed a cake for my son and all his friends. Copcake was great !! She was able to make a cake within 24 hours and even put the UofA logo on the cake. Because we were staying outside of the city — the owner met me half way. The cake was amazing — vanilla with raspberry filling. Everyone loved it !!

When: Two days prior to my only child’s first birthday with no cake
(I feel like Sophia Petrillo from the Golden Girls telling a tale from Sicily)
I had the perfect cake smash photo shoot all planned. Custom birthday crown? Check. Custom high chair bunting? Check. Balloon and streamer background? Check. BUT I could not find an pink ombré smash cake to save my life.
Luckily, I stumbled upon Copcake Cakery. I was in love with her artistic cakes the moment I saw them. She did not offer any smash cakes so I went with a six inch round. She took my payment online via an online invoice with two whopping days to spare. I sent her a few photos of my vision and she brought it to life. She even offered to deliver it to me — talk about service.
We could not have been happier. The cake was stunning and tasty.
