Took some time to get the screen for my Motorola xyboard but it is now as good as new.

After doing a bit of research online, I decided to take my iPad to Compucel to have the glass replaced. I couldn’t find any pricing online, but I knew what the competitors were charging. I also fully expected to have to leave it for the afternoon, but no, Luis was able to replace the glass in an hour. He did it quickly, meticulously and for an extremely reasonable price. About a third less than competitors. I used the money I saved to purchase a heavy-​duty screen protector and he threw in one for my phone too. Of course he installed them too. I can’t believe how much clearer my screens are now. And I still spent less than if I had gone to the competition for just the glass replacement.
If I should need any repairs to my portable electronics in the future, I will drive straight here! I cannot recommend Luis and his business highly enough.

Where to start with Compucel? I came here for the repair of an LG G3, boy was that a mistake. I was told over the phone that I would have to order the part, when I went into the store to do so the guy didn’t even understand what I was talking about. My screen was broken but he seemed to believe I needed a new back button. Finally, after multiple times explaining what I needed he determined that I needed a new screen and ordered it for me, telling me it would be in on the 6^th of May, I payed and was told they would call me when the screen came in. The 6^th arrived and I didn’t get a call, I called them the next day and they told me they didn’t have the screen, and once again took my name and told me they would call when it came in. Several days later I called once again and the owner Luis told me they didn’t have the screen. I told him it was supposed to be in on the 6^th so he checked the tracking number for me and told me the screen was delivered but he didn’t have it. I then requested that he call the post office to see where the screen that I payed for was, because he seemed to not care at all. He said he would call the post office and call me back in a few minutes. This happened on the morning of the 11^th and by the afternoon I had yet to receive a call from them, so I went in requesting a refund. When I arrived there was a sticky note on the door saying be back in 20 minutes, so I ran other errands and arrived just in time to see Luis the owner arriving with lunch. I went in explaining the situation and he told me that he called the postal service and that my item had arrived and was delivered somewhere else but he didn’t know where… So I said I want a refund, and he refused to give me one because… THEY ORDERED THE PART ON EBAY! What kind of company thinks that ordering parts off of ebay is a smart thing to do? He also told me that they have a policy that says they are not responsible for any shipping errors, which of course I wasn’t informed about in the beginning. When I requested to see the policy he brought out a half torn customer receipt and told me that the shipping policy was on the other half that was torn off… So I never even saw it. I told him i wanted to cancel the ebay order and get my money back. He told me that it would take a few weeks because it was through ebay, I went ahead and canceled and requested that he sign my receipt saying I would get my money back when the money was returned. In the mean time he told me he would go to the post office tomorrow and find out what happened because he couldn’t leave the store today, but I guess he could go get lunch! I asked if he would waive the install fee for the awful service and untimely actions on their part and he refused. Today He called me telling me he tracked the screen down I went in and picked it only to find that they ordered me the incorrect screen model for my phone… Thanks for the headache and waste of time Compucel! The people who have reviewed this place must be friends and family because this place is far from professional.

Extremely helpful. Broke my iPod 3 tablet screen into pieces the owner was honest and nice about the price and possibly more parts I might need to purchase in the future. It’s been a week and I haven’t had any problems. For being a new business very friendly and fair prices !

The Boys over at Compucel Tucson are by far my go to for cellphone and tablet repair. Best prices in Tucson for such a high level of customer service. They have fixed my Iphone screen now twice (clumsy me) and always are courteous and very efficient. With different promotions offered year round you really cant find a better local IT repair place!

Was visiting Tucson from San Diego last weekend and my iPhone 5C screen shattered when we made a pit stop at a gas station and it fell from my pocket. I called Compucell and they said I could just come in. They were done in ten minutes and it was only $ 75+tax, it’s like $ 100 in San Diego. Fast and friendly service… Can’t get any better :)

People, it is $ 60 to repair the iPhone 4/​4S. Why would you take it anywhere else?

They are pretty nice people!!! Also there is a cute dog in there store. They repaired the battery of my iPhone because the water damage. They also helped me to fix the lock bottom that on the top of my phone! They are professional! And charged inexpensive!!!

They replaced my shattered galaxy s4 screen and put on a screen protector. Way cheaper than the places in the mall and much more professional. These guys know what they’re doing!
