NOTSONICEPEOPLEINMANAGEMENT. I lived here for a year and half. Overall, I liked my apartment. It was cozy, had good sunlight and located near parking and trash and somewhat to laundry room. During that time period, I called in a few maintenance repairs and they only thing that never really worked although repaired several times was the garbage disposal. I also used the pest control service quite frequently as I always had some type of bug around, even scorpions. My only compliant about this place is management and the outrageous cleaning fees. I was charged $ 400 dollars for cleaning the carpet, paint & cleaning the refrigerator(which I cleaned), cleaning of the inside of stove, stove drip pans. I called to work with the Property Manager but she refused my phones. She always refused my phone calls and refused to see me in-person too if I requested to talk to her, completely unacceptable. Don’t be a Property Manager if you can’t work with people. She sent me a few pictures and mentioned the carpet needed thorough cleaning because of the pet hair. I had no pets and it was a 450 sq. ft apartment. My advice. Have it professionally cleaned yourself. Do a walk through with agent. Also, avoid giving a security deposit.

DONOTLIVEHERE! The management on site is downright rude. I have submitted maintenance requests multiple times and things are never fixed. They have misplaced my rent checks three times and wanted to charge me late fees when it turns out that they had it all along. When I moved in, they never said anything about a deposit and then on move-in day they tried to charge me $ 600! The walls are paper thin, amenities inside and out are not very nice and are old, and they are just greedy bastards. Great location, but NOTWORTHTHETIMEORMONEY. My lease is up in a two months and I’d break it if I didn’t have to pay $ 1,000 to break the lease AND give 60 days notice! RIPOFF. BIGGEST complaint is the management though.

Renters beware: this place will bleed you dry! We had enjoyed living here and would have recommended it but when we wanted to move out things took a turn. We told this place when we moved in that we would only be here a year due to my husbands work taking us to little rock for a short time. Unfortunately, if they don’t document this, you are screwed and how do you know hey document it if they don’t tell you? Don’t ask me! But when we tried I move out they informed us that we needed to give 60 days notice. We gave a year noticed you big jerks! Nothin we could do but pay them for nothing for 60 days because they failed to document when we told them the EXACTDAY we would be moving out. The lease was up and everything, but none of that mattered. I do not recommend living here because thy do not care about their tenants and will absolutely not work with you if they fail to document something. If you choose to live here make sure you record every conversation you have! On a nice note, they were usually quite prompt when things needed to be fixed. Overall a bad experience.
