We are fully equipped with an integrated network of computer and communication systems. We have instant access to the regional Multiple Listing Service (MLS), Public Record Searches, and many other tools and services that our agents use to better serve you.
In addition to our agents and brokers, we also have three administrative staff members that work tirelessly to accommodate any and all of your needs. They help coordinate meetings, set schedules, and ensure the timely processing and delivery of all your documents.

History
Established in 2008.
After retiring from the United States Air Force in 2005 Keith and Renee Cobb started The Cobb Team in Tucson, AZ. They quickly built an award winning real estate business focused on customer service and client satisfaction. The team kept growing and after finishing #1 for all of Arizona* in 2008, Cobb Realty LLC was formed.
In 2009 Cobb Realty added property management services. Cobb Property Management now manages over 400 single family homes all over the Tucson region and offers top notch service and marketing to our owners and tenants.
To serve our clients even better and truly be a «one stop shop» for real estate, Cobb Referrals and Cobb Home Warranties were added in 2015.

With over 50 years combined experience, it has been very important to have a solid team of experienced property managers who held a high level of integrity and dedication to assist both landlords and tenants in making their rental experience a good one. It has been very important to the Cobb family that the company understood that this business is about the people. We have an understanding that the properties we manage are HOMES. It’s where people build memories with families and friends and are able to find a peace of comfort in that home. We wanted to make sure that people were taken care of and felt comfortable entrusting their homes to us and knowing that their managers were well versed in landlord tenant law and did the right thing upholding professionalism. We strongly stand behind our mission statement, «Take care of the people first!»
