Incredibly rude! The service tech first called me into the garage to show me something (but never told me what that was), then he basically laughed at me for not knowing whether my wife’s car uses synthetic oil or not. («Don’t you know your own car?») When I expressed unhappiness, he told me to shut the hood and drive out.
Classic Treat-​Your-​Customers-​Like-​Crap may not know this, but there really are other places to get an oil change in Tucson.
