Man the things you people complain about is hilarious!!! This location has never given me any problems at all. I am always in and out quickly, and they have always gotten my order right. Even when I ordered over $ 175.00 worth of food for our work lunch meeting. Really enjoy this location. Haters gonna hate I guess.

The positives: I didn’t get norovirus or e-coli after eating here. That’s always a plus, right? Giving your customers possibly life threatening illnesses HAS to be really bad for business… Build your burrito/taco/bowl your way with choice of meat, fillings and sauces. Their business model is successful and has been copied by everything from sandwiches to pizza. The food tastes OK. It’s good, not great. As long as you stay away from flour tortillas, most of their menu is gluten free. That’s a plus for my wife when we’re looking for something fast and easy that could potentially be eaten on the go. The negatives: Portions — I don’t like filler in my burritos so I ask for no rice, beans or anything besides meat in my burrito. At least one attentive person recognized that I was gonna get a twig-skinny carnitas burrito and offered to just charge me for a side of carnitas. I give that guy four stars. Add-ons — two bucks for a side of chips and salsa. Mexican food is supposed to come with chips and salsa and you’re not supposed to be charged for it. I think it’s a law in some states. I can understand charging extra for guac, but that same two bucks is still a little steep for a tiny cup of the stuff. Chipotle will do in a pinch and, if we’re in a hurry, we’ll hit it up, but there are a couple of other really good Mexican places close to me where I’d rather get my taco, burrito or chips and salsa fix.

The best part about coming to any chain restaurant is friendly staff. The staff here was great! As for ordering, I love their barbacoa burritos with corn salsa, lettuce, sour cream, fajita mix, and guac. It is a big burrito so I say an okay bang for your buck. Now I know some people have cited inconsistency here and I get it! I also ordered a meal in a bowl and the bowl was FAR smaller than the burrito. All and all, it is a good Chipotle for a yummy, fast meal!

One of the worst locations I’ve been to. Food prep is inconsistent as others have stated in their reviews. Staff rotates a lot and is often young and inexperienced. The last several times I’ve been there roughly 30 minutes to 1 whole hour before closing, they are already cleaning up, moving the chairs so you can’t sit, and cleaning the glass with chemical sprays, while the food is all open, and still out. Really. If you close at 10pm, then you should clean AFTER10pm when your customers are not trying to order. Otherwise, change your hours, and state that you close at 9pm. I think the kids who run this place just want to leave early, so they start the cleanup 1 hour before closing.

This place is really inconsistent. One visit, serving size is great. Enough rice and meat and guacamole(considering you pay almost $ 2 for a scoop). And another visit is like they are on a food shortage and you end up with this sampler portion of what you just ordered… It hurts more when the people after you have a great mountain Chipotle goodness and your stuck with looks like last nights left overs. Plus it really bugs me how someone can’t get your order right when they are standing right in front of you, and you have to keep correcting them as you go down the line. I’m done and DONE with this place.

Most of the employees I enjoy. Tonight however was full of self righteous indignant fast food employees you normally only find at McDonalds. I gave them a half hour ahead order via their app and it wasn’t ready for another 5 minutes after I showed up a minute late. Then proceed with the attitude. Very disrespectful.

I don’t usually give 5 stars– because for 5 stars everything has to be great on a consistent level. This place is one of the few places I’ve been to for several years that has maintained a pretty consistent level of service, efficiency, and food. The food is always delicious. The service here is almost always really friendly and efficient. And of course the prices are good too. Overall this place is great and I know what to expect when I go here! Thanks for doing such a great job over the years! Keep up the good work!

Easily the worst chipotle in town! I work right down the road… So I tried it not once, not twice, but 3 times. Literally every time they are skimpy, they have brown lettuce, the people seem like pure rookies, and they forget stuff. For instance… Mixed my bowl with someone else’s so when I got home totally wrong, another time forgot chips that I paid for, another time forgot the tortilla on the side. In addition to they are always out of something whether it be the rice, meat, or in my case each time the iced tea has been out. Did I mention I went in with literally 1 woman and her son ahead of me… And it took 20 min!!! It’s not like I go in at rush hour… It’s at like 3 in the afternoon. Def going to the Broadway spot!

I usually really enjoy a visit to Chipotle, and I always order the same thing. Either because I’m a total bore and not remotely adventurous when it comes to food, or because I like what I like, and that’s it. Probably a little of both. I was raised in Tucson, and I do know enough not to expect great Mexican food from a chain, and to pronounce the name correctly– T before L, people! Say it with me: chip-OAT-lay. Very good. I’m not grading Chipotle on the rubric of other Mexican restaurants, it’s being graded against itself, on previous visits. Moving on: It suffices to say that I’ve eaten quite a few barbacoa burrito bowls with white rice, mild salsa and guacamole over the years. Today’s was pretty unpleasant, I have to say. After I waited for toppings guy to finish lecturing foundation girl about some minor infraction, I ordered my bowl. She had to fish the barbacoa out of the sauce, which could have been a great opportunity for some extra yummy seasoning, but I ended up with the dregs of the batch. Meaning that most of the meat in my bowl was inedible-comprised almost entirely of yucky chewy bits that I just couldn’t force down. Admittedly, I’m particular about meat texture, but I don’t think that even my teenage son(aka The Trash Compactor) could’ve done it. Realizing it wasn’t going to get better, it went in the trash, barely touched, because I had to get back to the office and didn’t have time to bring it to the attention of the manager. 2 stars for the rice and the guac being the same quality as usual. So here I sit, raiding the office candy jar, writing a not so great Unilocal review while I wait to walk into a meeting. Better luck next time, Chipotle.

This chipotle has THE friendliest staff! They are always in a good mood, give great service and put everyone else in a great mood as well.

The product is good without a doubt. I was there last week, when one of the employees came in prior to his shift and ordered a burrito; so much meat was added that I thought they are never going to roll this sucker up… They did!.Must be nice to be above the regular customer. I was there again today, and when I saw how little meat went into my burrito, I said: «I’ll never be back here again».There is no consistency with the amount of anything they put in: No weight measuring to make sure everyone is egual. Also, too loud with the music. This is the E Grant location. Never again!

The food is always delicious, but the service should improve particularly for those who order food online. I should be able to walk up to the counter, show my id, get my food and walk or the door. Not stand and wait to be acknowledged, then have to watch you make me food before I can go.

I love that you can order your Chipotle online and waltz right up to the register and pick it up. Unfortunately, when I tried that last night, I still had to wait for them to make my salad. Not that big of a deal, as it was still quicker than waiting in line. Plus, the cashier was really nice about it and apologized for the wait. Since I was standing off to the side, I didn’t really see what they were putting on(or in this case, not putting on, my salad). When I got home and prepared to dive into my salad, I was super disappointed to find that there was no guacamole, which I paid $ 1.80 extra for. I still like Chipotle, but this has kind of turned me off of visiting this particular location for a while.

This is «fast food» done right! Been coming to Chipotle for almost 10 years now, since high school, and I don’t see that changing anytime soon. What is there to say that hasn’t already been said about this place? The quality of food is fantastic, the portions are overly generous, the prices are just right, and the service is incredibly fast and friendly(at this location, especially). I love Chipotle, and I don’t feel bad in the slightest for supporting a «chain restaurant», as some might be inclined to. This is one franchise that deserves your patronage :) PROTIP: If you’re ordering during the lunch or dinner rush, do yourself a favor and place your order using the easy Online Form. Not only will your meal be ready within a half hour of you sending the order, but you can head straight to the cashier as soon as you walk in– nothing feels better than cutting in front of 30 hungry people and being justified… It’s like having Fast Pass, but for food. Smart.

Yay! My faith in Chipotle has been restored! I think this is definitely the best Chipotle in town and deserves all 5 stars and I’ll tell ya why! I ususally order my Chipotle with the app or online for takeout. I will say without a reasonable doubt that every other time I’ve ordered from Chipotle, things have been missed. Either missing chips. missing toppings. missing silverware. I had just about given up until today. I ordered online as I usually do and was able to go straight to the front and let them know my name and that I was there to pick up an order. Today was a holiday, but all of the staff was smiling and happy to be working. They went into the back and got my order. Everythign was 100% accurate to my order and the portions and serving sizes were great! The cashier was so friendly and made conversation with me while they were getting the food. I left and we were about 5 minutes into our meal when we got a phone call(I didn’t recognize the number, so I didnt answer) but they actually CALLED me to make sure that everything was ok! Hows that for accountability??? :O :O :D Sorry I didnt answer, Chipotle, but you guys rocked! Everything about my experinece was perfect! Thanks!

I always love Chipotle! The chicken bowl or salad is my favorite. This location was very fast; we were in and out in a matter of five minutes. The only hold up was at the register, where there was a group that was placing a large order. Things were a bit chaotic, but we eventually got our food and were out the door! Yum!

Chipotles are the same everywhere but this place gets five stars because police officers like to come here on break. Look around this particular area of Grant and you’ll appreciate having a few cruisers in the parking lot.

Let me start by saying I love Chipotle. Probably way too much. It’s just so good though. Every single time I get a veggie burrito bowl and a Coke Zero. There is something different about their Coke Zero, and the difference is really good. Of the Chipotles in Tucson this isn’t my favorite. The patio isn’t very nice, it just looks over a parking lot. The parking lot is always busy and kind of scary to walk though, cars driving everywhere. The restuarant itself is very often busy with a line. Now the line moves quickly, but still, it’s normally there. However if you’re at Trader Joes and really need a burrito there is really no reason not to stop in.
