Catalyst Group LLC (CG) was founded in 2012 to provide innovative software solutions and strategic consulting to industries lacking technology adoption and business process design. By taking the time to completely understand their clients businesses, CG is able to develop strategic plans to help their clients adopt the newest, robust technologies to increase the efficacy of their sales and marketing efforts, increase workflow efficiency, and gain real time, accurate insights into their sales and operational pipelines.

Meet the Business Owner

John-​Mark B.

Business Owner

Born in South Africa, John-​Mark has enjoyed a cross-​cultural upbringing having lived in Africa, Europe and North America. Pursuing his passion for Entrepreneurship, he attended the McGuire Center for Entrepreneurship (Ranked second in the nation) at the University of Arizona’s Eller School of Management.

After graduating and building strong relationships with local investment groups, he launched a manufacturing company building made-​to-​order custom electric bicycles.

His second endeavor with a startup division of a National Media Company helped develop his expertise in digital marketing and consulting. He not only helped developed digital strategies for clients but held an influential role growing and shaping the divisions as its top consultant.

He then went on to work with a local Energy Efficiency and Solar corporation where he helped them adopt best practices and expand nationally, increasing sales 10x within a year of taking the helm as the National Sales and Marketing Director.
