Cascades of Tucson is a privately owned senior lifestyle rental community operating since 1978. Our objectives are based upon a commitment to our philosophy, our mission, and to our residents, not to stockholders or group investors. This enables us to make effective and timely decisions. The Cascades philosophy incorporates integrity, quality, sensitivity and accountability; and our mission is to bring our senior community to life by creating a personalized, service-​enriched environment.
