We have used Cartridge World for a few years for our business, and we’ve been very happy. And now I’ll share a wow story that just occurred to let you know HOW happy they just made us. They went way beyond the call of duty to solve a multitude of printer-​related problems. First, we called to order toner for a replacement printer – thinking that our other two printers were toast. When the service person arrived, she was proactive and started asking us questions re: our printer symptoms. Turned out she had a theory & volunteered to take them to her office for their expert’s evaluation.
Not only did they bring both printers back from the «dead,» they did it in record time with a smile on their face, in 100+ degrees, and brought them to our doorstep (all for a very reasonable price)! I didn’t even know they could service some aspects of printers! Additionally, they just called today to follow up and make sure everything was working properly and that we understood their instructions. In today’s day and age, you just don’t see the type of care and concern that their service reps displayed. You want to support people who do this type of quality work; they have your back!

After going back to the store and advising the sales clerk that I had twice been sold empty HP61 ink cartridges, he laughed at me and said, «No you weren’t». Wow. Nice. The first time it happened I was told they couldn’t do anything about it because there was no sticker on the side showing when I bought it. I accepted that and I bought a new one as a back up. Opened it up this morning after purchasing it in February, guess what? It’s empty and guess what, this one doesn’t have a date sticker on it either. So I’m screwed, again. I try to shop locally owned businesses, but they just lost a customer. Too bad too, I had over a $ 100 worth of ink cartridges to refill today.
