Carol is a professional that is warm and deeply committed to helping her clients with skin care. I enjoyed my hour with her and even bought some sunscreen and face serum from her after a very relaxing facial. The only frustration I had was that my GPS insisted her office was on the north side of Speedway not he south side. I should have looked at the addresses more closely. I will know for next time!

From the moment I stepped into her cozy treatment space, Carol helped me feel totally at ease. The tension in my face, neck, shoulders, arms and feet dissolved as she steamed, exfoliated, masked, extracted, massaged and pampered.
Carol is clearly an expert in the field — working at Canyon Ranch for over two decades, providing services to innumerable celebrities and folks from all walks of life. She was generous with her time and her top-​shelf products. And, she offers a discount to those of us in the healing and teaching industries. Much appreciated.

Carol is really extraordinary. As soon as your enter her domain, you are in for the most sublime hour of sheer pleasure. You change into your undies and lie on the exceedingly comfortable table. Lights are dimmed, relaxing music and here you go for your very own special time. Since retiring I suppose I have become a little more high maintenance. After working close to 40 years I totally deserve this. I had a slight peel, all sorts of different procedures down, steamy towels, a whirly sonic like brush to clean your pores and get the toxins out. This was an outstanding facial. Exceeded any expectations I had. It’s not all about your face, she then goes to your feet and massages, oils, and then your tootsies go into plastic bags until the end. It was heaven. You also have your neck, head, arms also treated with oils and massaging. I never wanted to get up. Carol just makes you feel like your a special person. She loves what she does and you really get that feeling. I’ve had facials done at one of the schools in town. But there is really a big difference when you go to someone who taught in this field. Also with 40 years of expertise in her background. All and all it truly was one of the best experiences ever. I will certainly come back again. Carol is amazing! She’s obviously a professional and knows what she’s doing. She also made me feel very comfortable. I had a facial with her and felt a little nervous about some of it but she made me feel at ease. She’s knowledgable, charming, and her hands are magic! I just wish I could afford to go more often (her prices are industry standard, I just don’t necessarily have a budget for beauty all the time). Nonetheless, I can’t imagine making an appointment with anyone else!

I have had 2 facials from Carol and they have been fantastic! Carol is extremely knowledgeable, and really working with me to improve my skin. One thing that I love is that she gives you a head and shoulder massage in addition that is better than massages that I have received elsewhere. I LOVE that she is reasonable so that I can get a facial every month so that I can really see visible results. Highly recommend!!!

Her facials are awesome and she takes her time trying to figure out what works best on your skin. Great with acne. Doesn’t try to push products until she knows they will work on you.

Carol is FANTASTIC! I live in SF and can’t wait to see Carol the next time I am in town. She is so warm and inviting I was comfortable within seconds of meeting her. I also left a diamond necklace there which she promptly put away for me and I was able to pick up right away.

Carol has such a warm, inviting presence. Her easy conversation made me really feel welcomed and relaxed. I loved the exfoliation and steam treatment on my face, and it was a nice bonus to get the foot treatment too. Her office is small but not cramped. It feels like an independent business, so don’t go in expecting a huge state-​of-​the-​art spa facility. Atmosphere aside, I feel like Carol really took care of me and my skin during the session. The bed warmer and heated boots did make me feel kinda toasty since I went during summer, but I’m sure it’s fabulous for winter visits.

I’m pretty picky about who touches my «all of a sudden aging» (three kids under three certainly accelerated the aging process) face and I found carol thru reviews on Unilocal.She is exceptional and knows skin care. She customizes her facials according to your skin instead of a one size fits all model and my skin looked phenomenal after. She sells great products and instead of pushing them on me (like many places do) she offered me generous samples so I could try everything out. I wish she were in Chicago (where I live) but this will be a new must every time I’m in tucson.

From the time you walk in, the waiting area is very neat and her office is so welcoming. She is very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Carols definition of facial is face, neck and chest. (Others will charge you to do the neck and chest) Not only did I get an amazing facial but she also performed reflexology techniques by massaging my neck, shoulders and head! A few days before Christmas I walked out of there in a relaxation bubble! One more thing, she does not have any hidden fees or add ons!
I’m definitely coming back but also sending my husband and daughter in law too!

She was professional and thorough. Carol took the time to listen to my skin concerns and then use her knowledge to treat my skin. Not only did I get a facial, but as the mask was drying, she practiced relaxation techniques to help me reduce stress.
She gave me lots of great samples to try prior to my next appointment. I’ve been using the samples and can see my skin improving daily. And to top it all off, Carol gives a 10% discount to educators and nurses. You can’t beat that! I’ll definitely be back to see her again.

I’m a skin care junkie you could say… I’ve had facials in New York, Las Vegas every week, Chicago, Hawaii, Canyon Ranch, and quite a few other places. Needless to say when I travel I have a spa day and a facial is always part of my Spa ritual. Carol is A M A Z I N G!!! She makes you comfortable, takes good care of your skin in a way that makes you feel like her own sister or best friend. She is truly one of the very best I’ve ever met. Her massage work on my shoulders and neck had me one big relaxed jello girl. She is worth the wait, book early to get in before you NEED to get in. She doesn’t pressure you with products, she just helps advise what you need to do and not do. For the services she provides her rates are so affordable.

I found Carol through Living Social and thought I’d treat myself to a anti-​aging facial. I’ve gone to places here and there (La Paloma, some places in Los Angeles), but every time my facial was over, I had no connection and no interest in setting up another appointment.
I like the office, which is a private quite relaxing space. Maybe we just really hit it off, but I have returned again and again. Plus she takes care of not only my face, but my neck, chest and feet. I enjoyed my time so much I have told my co-​workers to go see her. Don’t wait.

I learned of Carol through a Living Social deal and had my facial yesterday. Carol was great — she listened to my concerns and individualized the facial to meet my needs. She extracted & cleaned my face so well, it feels like it did when I was 20! She zapped me, scrubbed me, masked me, moisturized me, gave a great eye and lip treatment, AND THEN gave the best facial massage I’ve ever had.
