We used these guys for over 2 yrs for ISP and phones — When our phones stopped working and Internet from their radio links stopped working, they wouldn’t return calls or fix the service — and won’t let us out of the contract to switch to a reliable provider — don’t use them

Why limp along with inferior, telephone line based internet service when you can have high speed, rock solid, wireless internet service from Bluespan. This is the new kid on the block that will soon be eating other ISP’s lunch. I am delighted with all aspects of their service from my first contact with them to enjoying uninterrupted streaming. Highly recommended!

I recently installed Bluespan Wireless at my home. Great service and follow up by the office and technician. Speed and up time are as advertised. Highly recommended.

Blue Span Wireless: what an internet provider should be! Awesome, awesome service! Speed test measures 5.1 gigs, every time! No buffering while streaming or using multiple tech «toys» such as smart phones, TVs, or Kindles. The customer reps are fantastic – always helpful, super attentive, go ‘above and beyond’ their duties. So happy I gave Blue Span Wireless a try — I’ll never go back to the «big name» providers (Verizon, Dish, etc.) that are unwilling to upgrade to fiber-​optics, lay down more lines, and worse yet, offer inept and appalling customer service. I was a Qwest/​Century Link customer for 18 years, paid a lot of money for a lousy 1.5 gigs – and only got .40 gigs, when performing a speed test – imagine that…

I live in a bad spot for high speed internet. These folks have a system which gives you very good speeds, guaranteed and no overages! They installer came out, did his very best to get good signal, but unfortunately was not able to get good line of sight so I could not get on. However, the installer was really knowledgeable in what this company is doing to expand their coverages and I also got emailed & a call back from Chris, who explained to me EXACTLY what they were doing to expand SW Tucson. I am waiting for a new tower to be built basically 3 miles away and I know I will have 10Mbps speeds as soon as it is up!
Bluespan’s customer service is great! I can’t wait until I can experience their actual internet either! Wait for the update. Give these guys a chance! They will bend over backwards for you!

The best customer service I have had! It’s really nice to see and use a company who is this passionate about what they do. They do whatever it takes to make a customer happy. I have had this service since spring of 2015 have not had any issues or service interruptions. Works great and I can’t think of any reasons why I would go back to the big company’s. The installers were super nice and knowledgeable and it didn’t take them long to do the install. I would recommend anybody at least give them a shot for service. Thank you Chris, Lisa (I’m sure that’s wrong, I’m sorry) and the bluespan team.

I had been waiting years for for high speed internet where I live. First Qwest and then Centurylink promised that they were going to bring DSL to our rural area, but it never materialized and we were stuck with dialup. We ended up getting Verizon Wireless, but it was still too slow and too expensive. We looked at satellite internet, but it was also to slow and too expensive. When I hear that Bluespan was bringing wireless high speed internet to where I live, I jumped at the chance and haven’t looked back since. We now have the luxury of having wireless internet in all our rooms, and we can watch as many movies as we want from Netflix and Amazon Prime. The antenna only takes up a small space on the roof and isn’t as noticeable as our satellite dish. The service has been reliable and tech support is top notch!

I learned about Bluespan when I moved to a house that was off the beaten path — unable to get internet service at all — and a friend suggested I call them. I was so grateful and amazed that they were able to get me connected in the middle of nowhere and I ended up liking their service so much that I’m now on my 3^rd contract with them from a different location. They’ve been great!
My very first experience with Bluespan that really made them stand out:
1) A real person answered the phone!
2) They were willing to work around my schedule and made an appointment to come to my house pretty quickly. Not the usual 3 weeks out and «the technician will be there anytime between 8am — 5pm» that we’ve all been trained to expect (slash dread) from the bigger companies. And then they called me when they were on their way. :)
3) I had no idea what I needed as far as bandwidth and just guessed based on past contracts w/​other companies but they seemed genuinely interested in helping me determine exactly what I needed. They asked me a ton of questions about all of my devices and usage and it turned out that I needed less bandwidth than I originally thought — which they were more than happy to fill me in on — that blew me away!
Once the service was set up I never really had to think about it again — no issues or interruptions — just seamless! I live in the city now and so I have my choice of internet providers but Bluespan made moving my service so easy and actually pleasant (no call center robots or an automated nightmares) so I’ll keep bringing them with me wherever I go. I highly recommend calling them to see if you can get service where you are. The customer service and quality are both awesome… AND THEIR LOCAL!

We’ve had Bluespan for nearly a year now and I can honestly say its the best wireless provider in Tucson. The customer service was top notch and they even helped with transferring the equipment to our new home from our recent move.
The most important thing is the service is 100% reliable and fast — we’ve never had an issue. Knock on wood;)

Sounds great but they aren’t willing to work with the customer. Asked if I could have the installation fee combined with my first three month payment and the said yes. Then when I decided to a lower 5mb $ 49.99 from the 10mb $ 79.99 before I purchased, their tune changed. This is what I was told at first via email. (Install costs is $ 200.00 and non refundable if not happy with the «FREE» trial?) Also, I don’t like the fact that they don’t give you the option to physically view your options/​break down on their web site. Instead, you have to call or email and rely on which sales rep can get the best deal FROM YOU. Your at their discretion not knowing your full options. It depends on who you talk to. I don’t do business that way. Sorry.

Then, when I decided to go the cheaper rout, the $ 49.99 package rather then the $ 79.99 package, this is what they told me.

(«We can prorate the monthly recurring bill during the month that service starts. We do not prorate the install costs. We do offer a plan to spread the install costs into 3 equal payments and allow you to reduce the install costs if you commit to a longer term.
If your skeptical, we can understand that every company in the internet industry has beaten customers up forever. It’s smart to get your feet wet before you jump in. Shorter terms have slightly larger install costs, it is a trade off. I’m not familiar with your account but if your doubting our solution how did you find out about Bluespan and what was said about us? Have you tried using „Yelp​.com“ to see what others have said ?
If it makes it easier, we can offer a 30 day trail period included in your contract. If your not satisfied in the first 30 day period, we will void the contract assuming you’ve allowed us to a remedy any issues that arise to make sure you love the service and we don’t refund install costs if you chose to leave. This offer of a trail period does not include the ability to spread the install in 3 equal payments.
I would also recommend that after you sign paperwork, we set you up with a FREE site visit to test the service from your roof and discuss how we will install and run the Ethernet cable. We will both know if the service is possible and if it will work then.»

I have waited a year before writing a review on Bluespan Wireless. After year’s with CenturyLink DSL out in Vail with a download of 1 mbps max, Bluespan came into our neighborhood. They offered 15 mbps at a reasonable price. We signed up and have never looked back. Customer service is great, download speed is exactly what is advertised and technical service is there ²⁴⁄₇ if needed. I would recommend Bluespan to anyone looking for a great internet service provider. David D.

Fantastic customer service! I had a slow down a couple weeks and emailed Bluespan about the slowdown. Apparently the problem was not Bluespan’s fault but TEP so they had to re-​route my connection which caused the slowdown. Mark G. at Bluespan emailed me about this and told me why the problem existed and that it was being resolved and that my connections should be up to full speeds. He even followed up twice by phone and email to make sure everything was okay. You can’t get this type of service from anyone anymore. Truly impressive. The best part about Bluespan is that their speeds are guaranteed and completely UNLIMITED. You pay for a certain speed, you get that speed, as much as you want! None of the «up to» crap DSL has. The ping rates are also very good. My son hasn’t complained anymore about how slow his internet connected games are. I’m so glad I got rid of Century Link, I should have dumped them earlier. So if you’re on the fence about getting Bluespan, don’t! You’ll love it.

Finally, a great wireless provider! My agonizingly slow internet connections are gone forever. Everything snaps. Moves so quickly. Bye bye DSL!
I installed it at both my home and office. From sales to service, this company gets it done professionally and at fair prices. I checked all the competitors and put them side-​by-​side. Bluespan wins. Hands down.

I almost hate to share information about these guys. They are so good that if others find out, I’m afraid the great service that I’ve been getting will be diminished.
Bluespan is a wireless internet provider. They’ll mount a small dish on your roof, point it at one of their transmitters, then get you connected to the internet. They are a great alternative to cable and phone companies for a couple reasons.
1. You get great service for exactly the price they quote you. No add-​on fees of any sort. At my previous home, I had a lower base fee, but all of the surcharges drove the bill up by almost 30%. Bluespan has none of these.
2. Their customer service is amazing. I’ve contacted them twice with questions that were not their issues but got tech support pretty quickly. Same with customer service.
3. In my case, they were the answer to my prayers! I live in the Tucson foothills (west side). We have no cable or phone internet service at all. I’m happy to live without cable and landline phones, but I really wanted unlimited high speed internet rather than my metered cellular hotspot. I stumbled upon Bluespan, almost literally. Despite numerous internet searches for internet providers, the Bluespan name never comes up. Even searching for wireless internet, I did not find them. I found them by almost tripping over an advertising sign along a road.
Check them out, but don’t tell too many of your friends. I’m still enjoying this great service.
