Big Frog Custom T-​Shirts is a locally-​owned and operated custom shirt franchise located in sunny Tucson, Arizona. Originally established in Tampa Bay, Florida, Big Frog has expanded to over 50 stores across the nation.

Since 2010, we’ve been committed to providing excellent customer service and an exceptional product to our customers. Big Frog Tucson is quickly becoming a Tucson favorite and is the go-​to store for awesome shirts printed quickly. Business Owner

Dan is a consultant in the franchising industry, helping franchise companies grow as well as consulting to those wishing to own their own franchise. After representing Big Frog, he realized that this was the perfect business for Tucson. Being a locally owned business and giving back to Tucson was equally important.

Big Frog allowed him to do both. He owns the business and all of his payroll and other purchases go directly to the Tucson economy. But the franchise gives him the benefit of combined purchasing so he can offer lower, more competitive prices.

Also, Big Frog offers a completely new spin on the custom apparel business, investing in the latest digital printing technology and marrying it with professional business practices, top-​notch customer service as well as traditional decorating methods such as screen-​printing and embroidery. This level of service is exactly what Dan envisioned when deciding to start his Big Frog store

The people at big frog were helpful, friendly, and informative thereby allowing me to custom design a t-​shirt, bring them the digital file on Dec 23, and have them print it for me on one of their nice quality t-​shirts for pick up on the morning of the Dec 24 — Christmas eve. They even contact you to let you know when your job is done.
The gift was well received and enjoyed.
How easy is that?
Definitely thinking about making some more custom shirts in the future.

I went to this place to have some hats made for my business. I wanted to have my logo embroidered on some hats, they told me I would have to have my logo digitized. Not a problem, except it has been over 2 months and no word on my logo. I have called several times and have been told I would receive a call back without one being returned. I did receive one email about my logo that I responded to, also with no luck on a return back. Apparently they don’t want my business. I would not recommend dealing with this company.

Great quality prints. They were nice enough to print my shirt faster than their normal turn around time because I had a class assignment due the next day. I have washed my shirt several times since then and the print still looks great.

It was a little expensive, but with a Unilocal deal, I went into Big Frog needing to get a few jerseys branded with my name and number for a team and they got it done in a few days.
The quality is great — since I was getting the ‘art’ on synthetic shirts instead of 100% cotton, it took a little extra time but it came out awesomely and the woman that helped me was a really rad chick. If I ever found myself itching to screeprint something again, I would go back.

I couldn’t be happier with my order. I submitted an image online that I couldn’t crop properly. I was sure that the final product would have an awkward box around the image. But when I picked it up I was thrilled to see they had done a beautiful job cropping it for me. That detail made all the difference!

I had two days to get my t-​shirts printed and I took a chance with Big Frog. From beginning to end they did an excellent job. The turn around was super quick. They can print your order within 24 hours if the shirt you want is in stock. I happened to want a style that wasn’t in stock, so mine took about a day and a half. I took my creative design with me that they helped me fit to the shirt. The service couldn’t have been more personalized. The entire staff is super friendly and professional. The dye bled on one of my shirts and they addressed it right away and offered a credit. I’m not experienced on t-​shirt printing so I’m not sure if pricing was competitive but I paid just under $ 80 for three razor back t-​shirts with double sided print. So almost $ 20 a shirt. And while Big Frog is a franchise, this location is one hundred percent locally owned and operated.

This place is awesome. Not only is everyone very friendly and has a great attitude, but they are also accommodating. I needed a shirt for my favorite sports team last minute because the game was on a Wednesday and I went in on the Tuesday before. Initially, he said he’d have the shirt done by Friday. I explained to him my urgency to get the shirt made, and he said he’d have it done within 24 hours; short notice, but I was very appreciative! We instantly jumped on his computer, googled the image I wanted on the shirt and then he recommended me some fonts that would look cool. They called me when the shirt was done, which was even quicker than I was quoted. I picked up the shirt the next day and the woman who helped me had me look over the shirt before I left. It was the best shirt ever! I have already told my friends about this place and I plan on returning soon! Thanks BF

I must be feeling froggy today… this is my second «frog review». I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Dan (Owner) and the staff at Big Frog. Being in the events & festivals industry, I have worked with many many many t-​shirt vendors and Big Frog is by far the best and most professional! They can print on just about anything, customize t-​shirts however you would like and they do it all with a smile. Thanks Big Frog for some great looking Tees for our Staff and Volunteers!
