Baskin-Robbins

I have been going to this location on a month for my entire life. I love BR but tonight was not acceptable. For the past 3 years, I have ordered the same thing. 3regular scoops of ice cream with a single scoop cup filled with their sweet icing from the ice cream cakes. For 3 years, I have been charged $ 1 for the icing. Tonight, I was given barely half a scoop for the same price. When I asked to speak with the person in charge to discern the discrepancy, they initially refused. Finally, a girl emerged from the back and said there was «nothing she could do» I made her call the manager (whom I later found out was the owner) and he told he to charge me $ 10 for frosting! Then he refused to speak to me when I requested it. Very sad because I have enjoyed my treat up until tonight. I guess all my business will go to the Screamery down the road from now on.

Imagine this: You order your valentine an ice cream cake and instead of the cake saying «Happy Valentines Day», it says «Happy Anniversary». Plus the cake I ordered was white cake and I got chocolate. How dumb can you get? Smh.

Great service. Friendly staff. Loved the pre-​packed selection. Did not give five stars because the store really needs a deep cleaning and some remodeling. Would be an inviting place to drink coffee or sip a shake with friends but since it is on such a busy intersection it needs more remodeling inside and out so clients can have a quiet green space to relax.

I went here on Tuesday to get an ice cream cake for my daughters 3^rd birthday. First off the service was great! They had 3 people behind the counter and it was super busy yet they worked fast and very helpful. I couldn’t decide on which cake to order so they went in the back to show me what they had there as well. I decided on 2 cakes so everyone has a choice. They were just so great here!!! I will always come back to this one!

The family and I stop by occasionally and always leave pleased. The employees are always friendly and talkative. The store could use a deep cleaning and an update but the service is always great. Make sure to go in on Tuesday evenings, it’s family night and give great discounts. I noticed that they even accept expired BR coupons.

I highly suggest new freezers for this store. The ice cream was melting inside the closed freezer before the employee could scoop it. Other then that several selections!

I am a super fan of ice cream, and of 31 flavors in general. Sometimes, there is nothing better to fix a bad day than a 2-​scoop sundae. Unfortunately, the service at this location is more likely to cause a bad day (or wreck a lovely Mother’s Day) than to fix one.
This review is a comparison to all the other Baskin Robbins that are around Tucson… and this place definitely deserved a «1 star» based on my experience the other night.
For starters, the facility itself is small and has not been well maintained. It gives off a «dirty» vibe, the chairs were filthy, tables unwiped, and it was small and cramped. We came in yesterday evening (Sunday) for a little treat after our Mother’s Day dinner. Boy, we should have gone to DQ instead. While not terribly busy, it still gave off the impression of disorganization and chaos. But that at most is only half the reason to this one star rating.
The customer service here was the absolute pits. If you are the owner here, please feel free to contact me directly and I’ll help you identify the employee.
She was just so grumpy, I felt bad even asking for service. I greeted her warmly, and she rolled her eyes at me! I gave her my order, and she only filled the scoops up half way and tried to hand it back to me. I repeated that it was a sundae, and I recieved another eye roll. I asked for the usual toppings, with lots of hot fudge. She looked me square in the eye and did a half-​a-​pump. Square in the eye. Geez.
I tried to warm her up with a little extra kindness… perhaps other customers were giving her a hard time? I asked how her day was going, and she responded «s&%&ty». Right in front of my kid.
So… yeah. WOW.
If you’re craving BR, there’s a lovely one on Wrightstown and Pantano. And there’s a DQ at Broadway and Sarnoff. Please, give your business to someone else until this place can (hopefully) get it turned around.

Always friendly and prompt service. Doesn’t look clean in the lobby area, but always have had an excellent product and great scooper’s. The appearance is why it gets 3 stars.

I simply LOVE Jamoca Almond Fudge… And it’s the only 31 Flavors left on the east side.
