when the UofA’s preferred contract workers fucked up (and of course you have to know a good deal of politics involved) it afforded us the opportunity to hire B&J…not only did B&J do the job but UNLIKE the UofA contractors actually stood by their work. I say that because I believe the request was a little outside their «norm», it did not deter them in the least… Brandon is who we worked with in particular and we are very fond of him.

I called B & J out when the company that installed my AC system in 2011 was unwilling/unable to fix the problem. I was extremely pleased with their service. The repairman showed up at the appointed time and quickly assessed and repaired the situation. He was very professional and courteous – unlike the company I’d previously used. And he managed to adjust the flow in the registers so I’m no longer roasting/freezing in different areas of the house. B & J seems to truly care about the customer – wish I’d used them in the first place.
