Artifact Dance Project Studios provides professional dance instruction for adults and adolescents with emphasis on technique, musicality, strength and placement for students ranging from the beginner to the professional dancer. Our hands-​on approach to dance instruction is designed to help adult and young adult students feel comfortable in the studio training environment.

My goals and intentions as director of Artifact Dance Project Studios, is to give adult (ages 18+) and young adult dancers (ages 13 +) of all levels a place to call home when it comes to a well-​rounded and current approach to dance training. As with any sport, a good coach observes their athletes, strives to understand their bodies, assesses their movements as individuals and as part of a group to then offer advice as to how she or he can positively move forward. I have discovered throughout my professional teaching career, that many adults leave the art form to pursue other career paths and life goals. They miss dance yet find it difficult to reenter the art form. I have also noticed that professional dance training can seem inaccessible to adults. As a professional teacher, dancer, choreographer and artist, I urge you to dismiss any stereo type that might hinder your decision to become a dancer… AT ANY AGE.
