History

Established in 1970.

For almost 50 years, Arizona Territorial Termite and Pest Control has been offering fast, affordable and effective pest control solutions. We are a family owned and locally operated general termite and pest control company serving all of Tucson Arizona and the surrounding area.

We have been doing business in Tucson with some of the same companies since opening. Some of our customers include the Arizona Inn, SIR Dragstrip and the Marshall Foundation. We are pleased and proud to be able to service our customer’s needs and keep them happy for all these years. Thank you to all our customers that have stayed with us and all our new customers. Business Owner

Ken Van Zandt (Founder of Territorial) was born and raised in Tucson 75 years ago. His father was born in the Territory of Arizona in 1905 outside of Phoenix on his grandmother’s ranch. Ken’s grandfather rode horseback into Arizona in 1881 and his grandmother arrived by wagon train in 1892 from Maryville, California.

While Ken served 21 years for the Tucson Fire Department he started our company and continues to work in the business since retirement.
