I was referred to Dr. Peters earlier this year for bladder pain, after going through a CT Scan, cystoscopy and other testing, she found that I had a small cyst in my bladder. She told me that I needed a sling which I agreed to, but she told me that she would not be removing the cyst, I told her that I wanted it removed as I am a «Cystic Person» I have had a 12 ½ pound ovarian cyst removed several years ago and a dermoid tumor removed 5 years ago, she insisted that I did not need to have it removed as «They do not grow» Then my insurance company dropped this center and I was referred to Dr. Jules Manger who turned out to be my savior. I took him all of the paper work and testing results and promised to remove the cyst, he did, then he sent it to pathology and it turned out to be a very rare form of cancer called Paraganglioma. I am so happy that they lost the contract.

So far they are too busy at their central scheduling office to get back to me as promised, over a week ago. It doesn’t speak well for their attention to patients! I’ll let you know if they ever respond.

Bad staff, not helpful, just want to get money from people, they charged us the copay and $ 260 for x-​ray plus $ $ 252 for just reading the x-​ray result that did not tell us about it, so what is the Doctor duty? We do not recomend them to any one.

Good doctors but questionable billing practices. I went for a first visit, was charged over $ 169. They claimed that because I had not met my deductible for TRICARE that would be the charge that TRICARE would allow. When I received my «Explanation of Benefits.» I found that the practice could only bill me $ 97.00. In short, they over billed me on my initial visit. For the last month, they have held the remaining $ 70 claiming that I will owe it to them in the future.
Use them as your physician if you must, but hold on to your wallet.
