Dr Strugalahas has a Poor Attitude, didn’t exactly make me feel in-​the-​know, didn’t like the fact that I had questions for him on what he wanted to do, questioned why I couldnt afford to do what he wanted to do, didn’t answer my direct question, was like well… the assistant has what you need to do, let her know what you want to do
I will never go back, I left without getting any work done except for the cleaning
I have ended my relationship with this practice for Good!
I do not like this Dentist or his attitude!

Worst dental office ever all they try and do Is find a way to bill your insurance I went in for a cleaning and all I got was a rescheduled appointment for a cleaning wow go figure why not make it 3 appointments for cleaning … I feel as if the dr had a inside discussion with his staff and has them upsell all the treatments… I can’t believe I have come here so many times to get scammed by these crooked Drs billing your insurance multiple time for what should be a single visit two or three time… I can see right through there fake smiles as they lie about services and needs … By the way I have excellent insurance coverage, that’s not my issue … Beware!!! Oracle location…

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years. I’ll start by saying I’ve had some bad dental experiences, have TMJ from orthodontist/​braces, and generally despise the dentist. For that reason I avoid it at all costs. I originally came here after getting a groupon, and found out they accepted my dental insurance. I went in for a check up and initial appointment and they found that I had cavities and needed a lot of dental work done. It was really cheap because they used my groupon differently and were able to take a lot of money off of my appointments instead of do the whitening, since that was obviously not a good thing right now. I neglected to keep coming in and that caught up with me in October, woke up to a tooth ache, they got me right in that same morning and into the same dentist I had seen before. I was in need of a root canal, so they gave me a sedative filling so my pain would cease, and then referred me to an endodontist since that tooth had three roots instead of 1 and also needed some nerve extractions. After seeing that doctor I returned, and a couple of appointments later I now have a new shiny crown that matches perfectly and no more pain. The dentist and assistants are respectful of my jaw issues and allow me to take rests and use support to have my mouth open. So far I have had two fillings and one root canal/​crown done and am very happy with the results. I’ll get five more fillings over the next couple of months and then have a deep cleaning. I will post again after all of my work is complete. So far so good, and Dr. Strugala is very calm and explains things really well. I like that he is straight forward with me too and is honest about my dental care.

I also purchased a Groupon for xrays, cleaning, whitening. It was a short window for scheduling before expiration of the groupon.
The xrays took about 1 hour and the tech was not gentle with the procedure. I have a very small jaw and it was difficult to place the apparatus for the xray machine.
There was a BIG disclaimer period about the BY LAW we cannot give you a regular cleaning (as covered by the group on) if the dentist determines that you need special deep cleaning for peridontal issues. Guess what, of course the dentist determined that I did not qualify for the regular cleaning and they wanted to sign me up for just under $ 600 for deep cleaning which would require anesthesia and 2 visits.
I go to a great professional dentist here in town and chose the Groupon for the whitening and cleaning. I no longer have insurance and thought I could save some money.
I agree that the dentist has poor bedside manner, which would be fine if it weren’t for everything else.
I am to pick up my bleaching trays next week. If this is a BUST, then this will have been a TOTAL WASTE of time and money.

I also have had bad experiences at both the Oracle and Grant locations. I found all the front office staff to be very rude and unhelpful. The staff is unorganized and they have no interest in their patients or keeping them. I have really good insurance but bought the groupon to get the whitening tray which they have refused me twice. The second time because the Grant location advised it when I got my cleaning at Oracle and then Oracle said go back to Grant for it. I rate this as the worst dentist office I have been to. I will be going elsewhere for the work I need done which will be paid for by insurance. Please don’t waste hours of your time and your energy with this unprofessional «Doctors Office».

I also bought the groupon for me and my husband. I had a hard time scheduling an appointment before the expiration date of June 15^th, even thought I was calling mid April. I finally got in at the Oracle location. The front staff was very welcoming, however the xray tech took forever, and the Dentist had very poor bedside manner.
They diagnosed me with two cavities and my husband with needing a special, super deep cleaning. I called to schedule just a regular cleaning for my husband, which was part of the deal. They said they could only do what the Dentist recommended. So in order for my husband to get a cleaning, we would have to fork over $ 1200 for this super cleaning. Not gonna happen. However, I was fine with the $ 450 to get two cavities filled.
I was told that I could schedule an appointment at the closer location on Grant. I called, and the receptionist, Leslie, was less than friendly. After holding for 5 minutes while she called the Oracle office, I was told that I couldn’t not get my cavities filled at this location because it was a different Dentist, and he did not make the initial analysis. So if I wanted to have it done at this location, I would have to pay for another exam. I expressed my frustration and she got very defensive and even more snippy. Not good customer service at all. I had simply been informed incorrectly by another office.
I will NOT be getting my cavities filled here. I will gladly pay for another Dentist to exam and do my work. I will NOT recommend this company to anyone. I will rate them very poorly on multiple review sites.

I didn’t have a pleasant experience here.
I bought a groupon that offered a $ 25 cleaning + whitening. I bought one for my mom too.
They refused to clean my mother’s teeth, nor did they refund her groupon. They claimed she has some gum problems that won’t allow for cleaning. She says her last dentist in Wisconsin diagnosed the gum problem 20 years ago and still cleaned her teeth every six months.
My cleaning was fine, but I was talked out of the whitening process, which I had paid for, and instead offered a flouride treatment. Instead of comping them, I paid another $ 25.
Lastly, the equipment here is ancient and they seem more focused on making a buck than taking care of the patient.
Ps– my hygenist was very capable and nice. Unfortunately, I won’t be seeing her again.
