Allison Limousine

We used Allison Limousine twice this past March for my bachelorette party and also on the day of my wedding. We were very happy with the service we received. They were punctual each time, very friendly, and their limos were very clean and new. I would definitely recommend Allison Limousine to anyone looking for a great experience.

I truly recommend Allison limo’s to anyone looking to rent. There limos are newer models, very clean and prices are reasonable. Hands down the best limo company in Tucson.

Worst limo service I have ever used. I booked a limo for a bachelorette party and was completely disappointed. We began pick up at 9pm I was told we had paid for the limo to go bar hoping until two and that the limo would then take everyone home. At one AM I was sent a text message asking if I wanted to pay for an extra hour. I told the driver he was confused that we were going to go home at two when the bars closed. They then gave me the ultimatum that we had to leave then or pay the extra hour… So I paid. We had this entire conversation in front of the bride which was embarrassing. Though the driver seemed to be nice it seemed like this was a regular occurrence for them. Downtown Tucson though driving is difficult I was under the impression that we would be dropped off and picked up in front of venues. Each new place I kept asking could we be dropped by the door and we never were. We would have to go walking around the corner looking for our limo once into an alley. The point of a limo for a night out is to show off and feel special nobody ever saw our limo. The driver told me they would get fined if they pulled up in front. At the last bar the limo never came instead I got a text saying the drivers friend would come find us. He did and we ended up walking two city blocks to a train station to get into our limo. The limo company might work well for other events but not for a night on the town.

I have used Allison’s services twice now, once 3 years ago for a party bus down to the wineries with 25 of my friends and then again this past August for another group outing around Tucson.
Both times did not disappoint, the driver was excellent and very accommodating, the first bus trip was fantastic and many memories were made. it was a little tight for 25 people so when I called to make the next reservation Alyssa told me about a brand new 35 passenger party bus… it was fantastic and had a great sound system and once again excellent service!
I will continue using Allison for future events and recommend them highly!

Alright, so this review is about 3 – 4 months overdue so I apologize for not remembering any of the names of the lovely folks I worked with at Allison Limo. I needed to get about 18 ppl to and from a wedding in Tucson back in July, and not one of us were familiar with the area or remotely sober enough to operate a cell phone let alone a vehicle.
The team could not have been more accommodating from start to finish. Their prices were competitive with what I deemed acceptable rates and they didn’t try to take advantage of the fact that we were out of towners. The driver was punctual and very pleasant. One of our passengers even forgot his umbrella in the limo and the driver came and met us the next day to return it. Totally above and beyond the call of duty.
