This is how an auto shop should operate! I have a ’69 Scout that was having some brake issues and I brought it to 1st Rock Auto and within just a few minutes it was fixed. Karl the owner is an extremely nice man, whom was not at the shop at the time but called me to make sure that I was satisfied with the service and work they did. The mechanics are approachable and nice guys who know what they are doing. Karl also made sure to give me advice to further take care of my car which shows he cares about his customers and service. I will be returning my business to Karl and his mechanics and fully recommend anyone with car troubles to bring it here first.

Karl is amazing! I called him from phoenix with a back window on a Saturn that had fallen down on my college aged daughter’s car in Tucson. Karl got the part in within an hour of talking to him on the phone and had her back on the road that same afternoon! And on top of that, at about half the cost I got quoted from other well known shops in the area. I have found a guy I can trust that can take care of my daughter’s car without having to worry she’s being taken advantage of. He even checked in with me after she got back home to make sure we were satisfied. Karl offered his knowledge even by phone, knowing women may get poor information from less than honest individuals. 5 out of 5 stars for Karl! !

These guys are the people you can trust with your vehicle to quickly and find any issue your having and fix it at a hourly rate the is best in town and the service u get is excellent. I brought my Suzuki forenza to them yesterday and they figured out the problem I was having and fixed it when all three of the auto shops including the dealer could not find there the noise was coming from. this shop will be my go to shop for all my cars and I will be telling all my friends about this place. Karl the guy that runs the place is very knowledgeable and and very friendly give him a call and he will get u all fixed up!!!
