Can’t believe it took me this long to find this place! The juices and smoothies are fantastic. I just went in and stocked up for the next few days :-)

Finally found this hidden treasure! Couldn’t see it as I drove by, but once I got off my car and walked (double benefit!), it was right there. Just as great as I had heard it was. I told Matt I had a real aching foot and he suggested the ingredients, so mine was custom-​made and actually, very tasty! My foot is not hurting this morning! Great place to go for «drinks!»

As good as it gets! Very nice and clean inside with plenty of artwork to look at while you wait. Owner is super friendly and knowledgeable. Ordered the Blue Diamond and it was tasty and delicious. Also had an energy shot and, boy, do I feel awake!
It’s a must visit in Tucker!

Matt Healthy drinks located in Northlake Festival Plaza was recommended to me by a neighborhood online community. I immediately went to check them out. I had been driving into another neighborhood to go to a chain fresh fruit and vegetable business.

Fantastic Smoothies. I had the #5 and a wheat grass shot. Very fresh and delicious. Will come back again and again. Highly recommend.

To agree with everyone else, my experience there was delicious. You can tell that the owner takes pride in his work, and my smoothie was perfect.

This guy is amazing! Not only does he make the best smoothies. He is a cool artist. AND we enjoy the same music. :) I hopped over to his shop on my lunch break… trying to cleanse after Turkey Day! I was greeted with a smile. His stuff is fresh! He could shut down all the «smoothie» places in ATL. lol he is hidden in the shopping plaza but this is a true gem. After reading reviews, I was sold on the Golden Farm. I will be back for another one… maybe today. Thanks for all that you do!

I started to juice at home and was out doing some errands. And found the store it was a great place to have a juice. I had to Super Boost with mango added it was awesome. And the service was great will have to go again and the price was good as well.

This is by far my favorite and number #1 smoothie & juicer location!!! With seven years of experience at Whole Foods, Matt has a passion and love for juicing… He took time to educate me related to juicing and smoothies!!! The Happy Day was my favorite… I also tried the Green Detox!!! I have recommended him to all my friends… Can’t wait to get back & try other items!

I can honestly say that I have been living under a rock. I never knew this shop was here but am I glad I found it.
Matt’s is located in the Northlake Festival Plaza right beside Goodwill. If you’ve reached the Kroger you’re on the wrong side. Yea I’m kinda bad with directions.
When you enter the first thing you’ll notice is the amazing hand painted artwork. Very creative. Then behind the corner you’ll see the brains behind the establishment and a plethora of juice and smoothie concoctions. I decided on the Pink Lady Smoothie. It was a mix of beets, oranges, bananas, mango, and apple. I also had an Energy Shot, a spicy mix of ginger, lemon, and wheatgrass. The smoothie and shot were excellent. The owner used fresh fruits and veggies and it was interesting to see it being made in front of you. Plus there weren’t any chunks of fruit or ice or an unpleasant aftertaste. The prices are also very reasonable.
I definitely want to come back to try the other juices and smoothies. The owner even gave me a loyalty card to use on each visit. After 6 I believe you get a free drink. Fyi: there’s free wifi and if you check in on Unilocal you get 10% off you’re order.

Matt Fresh Healthy Drinks is a juice and smoothie bar that opened July 12, 2014 in the sprawling Northlake Festival Shopping Center in Tucker. This is the same shopping center that has a Goodwill, PetSmart, and Movie Tavern. Just look for the big green-​on-​white storefront sign that reads «Juice & Smoothie.»
The shop is named after its owner, Matt, an Atlanta transplant from the West African countries of Togo and Benin. He worked for many years at Whole Foods, in part making several juices and smoothies, and now he owns his own business together with other partners. Matt is a friendly, positive, and enthusiastic guy who knows how to make healthy and great tasting juices and smoothies.
The shop (and shopping center as a whole) has a late 80s/​early 90s look and feel to it. The carpeted interior has old school drop ceiling tiles with fluorescent lighting. The inside is very clean, spacious, and functional with table seating for 25+. No patio seating. The walls are decorated in interesting artwork with symmetrical patterns created by Matt himself. The artwork is for sale. There’s also a TV and one unisex restroom.
The counter sports three juice mixing machines, a blender, a juicer, and lots of fresh ingredients stored on display including various leafy green vegetables and colorful fruits. The menu is mounted above and displayed on three widescreen displays. There are 15+ juices made from a variety of ingredients including beet, kale, carrot, ginger, lemon, apple, cucumber, celery, spinach, grape, mango, pineapple, pear, cabbage, grapefruit, dandelion, cilantro, jalapeño, red bell pepper, lime, orange, garlic, chard, asparagus, turmeric, and watermelon. The 12+ smoothie options are made from many of the same ingredients in addition to banana, strawberry, date, blueberry, raspberry, kiwi, raisin, avocado, white mushroom, and parsley.
While reading over the menu for the first time, I said to Matt, «Dandelion?» He responded by saying «yes» and grabbed both him and me dandelion greens to eat together. Dandelion greens are the leafy part of the dandelion plant. They sort of look like a mix between arugula and culantro and taste bitter. I enjoyed sharing those raw dandelion greens with Matt. It would have been really interesting if it was the yellow flowering part of the plant.
All juices and smoothies are priced the same and come in three sizes:
12 ounces — $ 4.99
16 ounces — $ 5.99
24 ounces — $ 8.99
All juices and smoothies are also made fresh to order. Unlike other juice bars in the Atlanta metro, I don’t think Matt Fresh Healthy Drinks bottles any of its juices. Every single ingredient is juiced or blended right in front of you by Matt or one of his employees. In addition to juices and smoothies, you can also get 1 – 3 ounce shots each of turmeric, ginger, wheatgrass, and an «energy shot» of wheatgrass, ginger, and lemon combined. These shots go for about $ 2 – 4 each.
I’ve tried a few beverages. They are:
* Juice #12. Green Lemonade — kale, spinach, lemon, apple, celery
* Smoothie #1. Pink Lady — beet, mango, orange, apple, banana
* Smoothie #13. Golden Farm — spinach, pineapple, mango, banana
All are delicious. According to Matt, these drinks are also among the store’s top sellers.
The Green Lemonade tastes just like it sounds. It’s lemonade with a strong green finish. The grassy flavor of the celery really stands out. I’m a big fan of the Pink Lady smoothie. Deep pink in color, it is sweet and satisfying. I love that the sweetness and flavor is all-​natural. There are absolutely no artificial ingredients. The Golden Farm is another sweet, refreshing smoothie. It’s comforting with robust flavor. You can taste the freshness and quality. Overall, I like the appetizing, smooth, finely blended texture of Matt’s smoothies. He has great attention to detail when blending the drinks.

If you’re in the Northlake, Tucker, Norcross, Lilburn, or Stone Mountain areas of northeast metro Atlanta and looking for fresh, healthy, refreshing, and tasty juices and smoothies, I highly recommend giving Matt a try.

This place is amazing and I love that it’s near me. I view it as the equivalent to Arden’s Garden — for those who don’t want to take a long drive. The smoothies are delicious. The prices are lovely. The atmosphere is great. The owner, Matt, is super cool and personable and always makes you feel welcome.
I love it. I’m a regular now.

Matt, the owner and drink crafter, is an all around nice guy who used to be one of the juicers at the Whole Foods on Ponce. I always preferred his juices to ones made by some of the other employees. So when he told me he was opening a location of his own, I was very excited.
I wasn’t sure where he had opened up though, but by chance, someone gave me a recommendation for «a juice bar at Northlake.» I was so pleased when I walked in and saw Matt behind the counter.
I am not sure what it is. I mean, juicing and smoothie making seems relatively easy to do but Matt has skills when it comes to making drinks. He has a sense for how to balance the ingredients just perfectly.
So far I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve had on his menu. And I intend on trying MANY more of his drink combinations. In my opinion, you can’t really go wrong with fresh juices and smoothies made with quality ingredients, but Matt’s drinks are especially satisfying because he takes such care in every step of the process.

So my girlfriend and I stopped by this place around 6:45 ish. menu looked good for the most part. the place had an odd smell to it. but main reason for only two stars is because I can goto tropical smoothie café and get a delicious smoothie that’s bigger than your largest size and the price of your smallest size.

Fresh, clean, and healthy! Matt will hook it up for you. Lucky to have him in our area! Get your fresh juice and smoothies here if you want great ingredients, great service, and good prices. They open early.

Matt is the owner and runs his business all by himself pretty much.
Very friendly guy. If there’s a line, it could be a slight wait since he’s usually by himself.

–Golden Farm (spinach, mango, pineapple, banana): Delicious! Flavorful.
–Pink Lady (beets, mango, orange, apple, banana): Wasn’t as flavorful, but yummy.
Option to add protein. I believe it’s a $ 1 or $ 2 extra charge.
Delicious! Refreshing! FRESH!
Definitely will be returning.

Smoothies as fresh as they come! Absolutely delicious and never a disappointment. When I need my green smoothie fix and I’m on the go, this is my go-​to.

If you’re looking for this place, make sure you’re on the same side of the plaza as Petsmart. It’s about 4 stores to the left of uniform city and behind one of those giant circular shrub planters.
Mohamed is the man in charge here, he’s awesome! And so are his concoctions.
I was craving a fruit smoothie today and didn’t want to go to a chain store so found this place off Unilocal!
So glad I decided to try it out.
Everything here is freshly squeezed and blended right as you order.
The wait was kind of long because Mohamed was running the show alone.
Chances are, if you’re here to enjoy a all natural fruit blend, you’re the kind of person who enjoys life and won’t mind waiting :)
He gave us a sample of tumeric and ginger shots as we waited and let’s just say… They were energizing.
You can also enjoy the art on the wall while you wait. unless you have trypophobia… (Then you should definitely have a friend come pick out your drink!)
I had the beet mango blast and my new boyfriend had the blue diamond. 10 dollars for two 12oz cups.
We both really enjoyed our choices and are looking forward to return in the near future!

I’m so glad we came across this little gem!
It wasn’t busy, we had a few questions and the staff was able to answer our questions, and they even let us try some of the things we have never tried and gave us the option to create whatever mixture of juice we wanted.
I highly recommend this place for fresh juice!
