Jean’s Party With Hallmark

I’m very aware of how a store should greet their clientele, even if the cashier or clerk is assisting with another client. They will still look up and greet the person or people coming into their store. Well that wasn’t the case for me. The young lady looked up and never said hello or anything. I ignored it but then I was the only person in the store and not one time did she ask if I needed any assistance. As I was leaving she didn’t even say goodbye or thank you for visiting. I will never go here again or recommend this Hallmark to no one at my work place or country club. Horrible customer service. I hate to say but I got the feeling that it was due to my ethnicity (African American). It’s sad but it’s not surprising!
