Five Oaks Apartments

Great place to live! Very clean and well kept. It is 30 minutes from my job and downtown. It is very quiet and drama free.

This is a really nice apartment complex. The grounds and apartments are lovely, and it’s 8 minutes away from my work. All of my concerns are addressed promptly. Everything seems to be kept up to date. It has been easy and pleasant living here over the last 3 years.

I love living at Five Oaks! It has been a great experience. The staff are excellent and truly care about the residents. Any issues or concerns that I’ve had have been dealt with in a timely manner.

When I first moved in I loved it but since I’ve had a break in, bike stolen from my balcony and several packages stolen from my door. Not to mention waking up high from the constant smell of marijuana coming through the vents from my neighbors apartment, grocery bag with soiled diapers sitting at the breezeway and constant traffic; doors slamming. When my lease is up I will be moving. On the other hand the staff is pretty nice and cool.

I absolutely hate this apartment complex. Management is never around. They are frequently not there during posted office hours. They almost never answer the phone. They are more concerned about looking cute than providing good customer service. They don’t care about any complaints you may have. The construction of the apartments is the worse. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing. The equipment in the gym is old and frequently broken or being used by kids in the complex. The neighbors are not friendly probably because they are all unhappy with their apartment. I know at least one other person in my building that has moved out because of the noise and two other apartments that are moving when their lease is up. I absolutely HATE these apartments. I hate moving but I hate these apartments more. I have lived in apartments for 13 years and this is by FAR the worse one yet. DO NOT move here. Unless you are moving from the housing project you are for sure going to regret it. Don’t be fooled by the shiny bells and whistles. Its all to get you in the door but as soon as you sign the lease you soon find out how much you just screwed yourself. DON’T DO it. The price they may offer is too good to be true and it is indeed too good to be true.
