History
Established in 1980.
Dr. Shapiro is board certified and has been practicing chiropractic since 1993 and excels in high tech quality patient care as well as excellent service to the community. He is the only chiropractor in the area who takes care of 1st year veterans at no charge. In 2009 he donated $ 10,000 in services to Operation Homefront GA. A 4-star charity that provides support to active duty military, their families and wounded soldiers when they return home from service.
He hosted the largest Luau Fundraiser in Tucker history to support the troops and their families.

Business Owner
Dr. David Shapiro of Complete Spine Solutions in Tucker is a licensed, board-certified chiropractor since 1993. He is Advanced Certified Fellow in Chiropractic BioPhysics® and has more extensive post-graduate training in this technique than any other chiropractor in Georgia. This specialty within chiropractic objectively detects and corrects abnormal spinal structure, combining the sciences of biology and physics.
His case study titled «Chiropractic Care of a Patient with Parkinson’s Disease Utilizing Chiropractic Biophysics: A Case Study» was published in Annals of Vertebral Subluxation Research April 2012. He has also written articles for leading health journals including The Journal of Oncology Management and ACCC’s Oncology Issues, which was highlighted on Medscape. He has been an invited guest speaker at numerous medical conferences including the Association of Community Cancer Centers in Washington, & Penn State’s 4th Annual Clinical Oncology Symposium.
