Have had great service for my wife’s car ever time, and very honest. This is one of the few places I will let her take her car without me (retired mechanic) and they have yet to try and take advantage of her. I would recommend this place to my mom!
No they haven’t worked on my car, I have an older explorer and do the work myself. But I do trust them.

I was having an issue and posted a message on a neighborhood message board asking where I should go. This place got a couple of recommendations.
At first, I was going to give them 3 stars because while they were what I considered a fair price (hey, I know enough about cars to not get screwed), I didn’t like that they charged me $ 80 to hook the computer up to get the error code when I had already been to Advance Auto who does it for FREE. Besides that, most places waive that fee if you get your car fixed there… so, that was annoying.
Then 2 days later, the check engine light comes on again. I was about to lose my mind because I had just been there but they ended up only charging me for the part for that and not any of the labor. It was not the same issue as it had been a couple of days previous so they redeemed themselves.
The drawbacks are that they are not open very late (6) and aren’t open on the weekends so you need to coordinate rides and what not which is not that big of a deal but a lot of people are used to places that are open longer or on Saturdays.

Hard to find a good mechanic, but this place seems legit.
I’ve had my wife’s car serviced here numerous times, and it ‘s always cheaper than the dealership. The owner pays to have his mechanics certified and it shows.
This mechanic came recommended by one of my neighbors who is from the area, and just today he had his wife’s car towed there when he couldn’t fix the problem. This business is well respected in the neighborhood.
No pressure here to get services that are not immediately needed. We’ve been recommended to have service when we need it, and not necessarily when we are doing other service here. I respect that.
Honest people with honest prices and a gem for the community.
They are not open on the weekends, which is a bummer, but if you can schedule it ahead of time during the week, it’s worth the hassle. This is a business that respects it’s customers, and it’s employees. Pretty rare in this day and age.

This place was recommended by my neighbor when I told him I needed a good mechanic that wouldn’t nickle and dime me and could take care of regular maintenance for my 2005 Hyundai. I’ve been burned by a lot of mechanics in the past, so I was skeptical. I was really impressed with the service and price I got for my first service, so I’ve been going back since — for a year now.
The only thing I don’t like is that they are not open on weekends and they don’t offer a shuttle, so when I need work done I have to spend another $ 50 for a rental car because I can’t be without a car for an entire day. It helps to get a lot of work done at one time because of this.
