My 27 year old AC died on Memorial Day weekend. It was a good run, but time for a new system (including a new furnace). A couple of friends had highly recommended ACS. Joe Pinson came for the estimate and spent by far the most time discussing my options and expectations for the new system. He asked a ton of questions to determine what my needs were. I got two other quotes from big Atlanta companies. Both spent less than 15 minutes at my house and both offered the same thing: the cheapest system they had (and told me «that’s all you need»). Living in a top floor condo (heat rises!!) I really felt I needed a bit more. At least give me more than one option, but nope. The lowest bid from ACS was on par with the other companies (for a larger unit). I opted for a more efficient model — which was a little more. This is a serious investment and ACS took me and my needs seriously. Installation was quick and professional (thanks guys!) and I couldn’t be happier.

ACS was super easy to work with. Scheduling was very simple, the technician was timely. They worked quickly and also gave what seemed to be an honest opinion on what additional services may be needed in the future, as well as advice on how to avoid future issues.

The AC unit on our home is very old but still works. The previous owner had taken good care of it and he had used ACS for the past few decades so I figured I would use them for annual service. The tech came out and serviced the AC and then it would not start again. After diagnosing several problems they found it was a faulty circuit board. Because it was working when they got here they replaced it at no cost to me and only charged me for the tune up. Very pleased with the customer service and we will use them again for all of our future needs because it is hard to find honest companies these days. Also, the technician called and made sure it would be okay if he showed up 45 minutes early which was absolutely fine with us. Very pleased with our experience.

I called ACS first thing this morning after my A/​C went out last night. Their technician came out a few hours later and was very direct and honest. He remedied our minor problem quickly and even checked a few other things to make sure no other problems popped up. They are not the cheapest heating and air company out there, but they are fast, professional, and get the job done in an expedient manner. This is the second time we have used them and when a need arises, we will use them again.
