What a waste of time! On February 6^th I asked this company to come out and measure all of my windows in my home and to give me a price quote on curtains for my whole house. Chris the «owner» came to my house 5 times, 2 of the times he was a half hour late and didn’t have the decency to call me until he was already 20 minutes late. In addition to that he kept saying that it will only take an hour to measure and go over everything when it took him 3 HOURS each time, it was like he was never going to leave and i was working from home that day! I do not have that kind of time to waste and if it was going to be that much time i wish he would have informed me. He never even apologized for being late which i thought was very rude and thought this person is supposed to be the business owner? Also, I asked about 5 times for him to send me a price quote for the material that i picked out and he never did, he kept saying tomorrow and would just never send it. We are now at March 22^nd and still no price quote or a call stating why he hasn’t given one to me which he promised to send it to me on Friday the 18^th. I have decided to go with another company as this company is just very unreliable and have shown no customer service.
UPDATE: After writing this review ironically I received a quote two hours later. The quote was $ 40,000 for the living room, dining room, kitchen and 3 valances plus a few honeycomb shades. To me this is a crazy amount of money to spend but luckily I was smart and got 3 other quotes from other companies using the same material and style that I had picked out for half the cost. This guy is a rip off and im suprised they have stayed in business. I will never pick a place from the clipper magazine again!
