Arrived on time, took out the 60+ foot sweet gut that was in a tight corner with no problems. Very professional and they did a good job with clean up. Due to the layout of my back yard, they could get a stump grinder into my back yard without removing a large plant, so I asked them not to grind the stump. The discount the price appropriately.
I highly recommend them.

Originally I would have given them 5 stars as they took out 3 trees in my backyard in prior years. For the invasive species ailanthus (they took out 2 already in the back) that was in the parking strip, they had quoted me $ 650 the year prior and when I contacted them this August to confirm this and schedule the work, suddenly they have decided that they aren’t sure if they could take the tree out because it’s «much bigger» (not true at all) and because of the power lines (electric company said they’d work with them to cut out anything in advance). They claimed they wanted to help me still, because by now it was October and they still hadn’t decided whether or not they could do the job. They agreed to meet w/​me & the electric company and then were a no-​show on the day they said they wanted to do it, and never returned my calls or emails for the past 2 months since then. I emailed repeatedly after that and got zero response. And of course by November, there aren’t tons of good arborists with time left on their schedules. Their complete lack of response and obvious indifference to a customer who’d already brought them a couple thousand dollars worth of business (not to mention recommended them to friends & neighbors & our facebook community page) was extremely unprofessional, and I would NEVER recommend them. Super tacky and obviously could care less about their customers.

I used these guys to cut down and remove a sweet gum tree that had split in half and come down in my neighbors yard. They were incredible. So professional and knowledgable. They quickly got to work, took care of the tree, hauled it out, Fargoed the whole tree, and left my yard cleaner than when they arrived. I was so impressed. Got an invoice the next week and sent in my check. I would use them again and would not hesitate for any reason to recommend them to everyone who needs a tree taken care of. They were very reasonable in price which was just icing on the cake.
