History

Established in 1993.

Started by my predecessor in the early 90’s, whom I worked for as a Tech. and then took over management, and eventually purchased the company from him. The company has always been and still is operated as a service business with the idea that trust is earned. As a whole company we want to take care of your families car to the best of our abilities in a open, and fair manner. We additionally care about proper use of tools, recycling, and are recognized as an environmentally aware auto repair shop. Training and continued learning by our technicians is also important. We purchase and use the latest software to keep up with the fast changing auto industry.

I ve been working in the auto business for over 20 years. Served in the United States Marine Corps. When I got out I shortly became an owner. Finding a great mechanic shop is one of the best things that can happen to you, and it makes life so much easier when you can really trust your mechanic. We hit the nail on the head when we found Advanced Auto Systems right here in Tualatin on Tonka. They have been maintaining all of our cars for about 20 years now. Their diagnostic work is efficient, their mechanics are highly trained, their prices are fair, and the owner (Mike) is just the nicest guy! I’ve been to the large local chains for routine maintenance in the past, but they cannot hold a candle to Mike and his crew. From oil changes to timing belt replacement, even the lowly but oh-​so-​necessary wiper blades, they can repair anything under the hood — or anywhere else on your car.

Since I lived in Oregon (12 years ago), I have been taking my vehicles to the guys at Advanced Auto. Now living in Vancouver, WA it’s quite a trek to go for vehicle maintenance. I tried multiple shops in my surrounding areas and couldn’t find a shop with the same professionalism, fair pricing and honesty I feel when I drop my cars off with Mike and the rest of his team. I will be a client for life!

No my headlight was not replaced for free. Please do no give this misconception which is a lie. I paid for a service and you left a screwdriver in my hood. Don’t try to lessen what happened. I’ve never gone back to your shop and don’t plan to.

Excellent, straight up service. I had taken my car here for the first time a year ago after being told my car required $ 7000 in repairs at Wilsonville Toyota. Needless to say, that wasn’t the case. After a year, I have had no troubles with any of the work I had done. I continue to take my car there for routine oil changes/​maintenance and am happy to do so. I also want to say that I am a woman who’s father was a mechanic. It means a lot to me that they treat me respectfully and do not try to convince me of services I do not need. Like I said, they provide excellent, straight forward service and I highly recommend them.
