We met Lane a little over a year ago when we walked into the ReMax office and she was the agent on duty. We immediately hit it off and decided she would be the one to help us with our home search. Lane is a great listener and advisor. She has tremendous knowledge of the area which is great! She quickly understood our goals and made every visit well worth the time. In the end, she found us the ultimate home, one where I know we will enjoy for years to come. In addition, she has introduced us to a number of people, which has automatically made us feel apart of the Tryon community. Chuck and I would highly recommend Lane — we made the right choice in moving to Tryon and Lane was instrumental in the process.

Lane is the best! Her knowledge of Western North Carolina is top notch– she has the scoop on every property in town, and at our first meeting she provided me with many details of the sales of houses in the area over the past 12 months. She is brilliant, because she introduced me to a fantastic lender, who helped me identify my housing budget BEFORE I looked at a zillion houses. Lane always replied to my calls and texts within seconds, and her patience with me was beyond amazing. First I wanted horse country in Tryon, and then I thought a gated development in Hendersonville was the way to go(uh, no, everyone in the pool was over 80). We also looked at houses in Asheville and Greenville, SC. Lane never accused me of trying to drive her insane by forcing her to show me every house on the market in TWO states, and I actually had FUN every time we went house hunting. Lane knows her stuff, and is a great negotiator– I highly recommend her!
